The pan was stained after the first use and I was unable to clean it. I contacted the company who were excellent at responding. They offered advice on how to clean it, but this was unsuccessful. After several messages back and forth they said I had to take it back to Myer. I wanted to return it to them, as they were around the corner. They insisted I go back to Myer. I explained that I felt uncomfortable doing this, but I was informed that this was the only option. I’ve debt with scanpan and circulon before, who fixed the issue immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this pan.

Have used it a dozen times so far, excellent quality. I found soaking it with a pinch of bicarb soda helps it to clean off anything stuck to it with a soft cloth with ease. Very happy with this product.

Get rid of those PTFE pans and enjoy the relief. Steel spatula on steel pan is the way to go and stainless steel wool is a quick and easy clean up.
The pan is a perfect addition to my kitchen. Frying eggs or making pancakes ..its smooth non stick surface makes cooking fun.
Im looking forward to using the pan. In fact, Im thinking of purchasing the next size up. Its a good weight without being too heavy and Im only hoping its not too difficult to clean.
loved it just got a new cook top it goes well with with it cooked great meals with it enjoyed it very much many thanks it was large enough to do the job highly recommend
