I love ghee. I use it instead of butter as spread on toast and it is absolutely perfect for frying (and so much healthier than other oils!). I have tried a lot of brands but this one is by far the best quality. The colour is a beautiful rich gold (some other brands ghee can look a bit grey) and the taste is superb.

I was buying a cheaper grass fed ghee and finally tried this one. Wow! It’s so rich and delicious and has an amazing deep gold colour. Highly recommend.
