Good supplement for health and improve my energy level. Recommended Dosage is good. Will definitely order again. See improvement after 1 bottle.

Berberine is good for lowering sugar rate, cholesterol and can assist weight and body fat loss. It's a natural supplement that can help people with Type 2 diabetes (my father was diagnosed with it years ago). As people with Type 2 diabetes have to take many medications in order to control the rate of sugar in blood, it is good to know that there are supplements with natural ingredients without side effects and with great benefits.The capsules are middle-sized, easy to swallow. My father is taking 1 capsule daily with meal, as recommended.

Awesome for lowering blood sugar, improving insulin resistance and controlling diabetes 2, but also for lowering the "bad" cholesterol, lowering blood pressure and maintaining heart health; helps for SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and it is sometimes even quoted as having protective qualities against some types of cancer.I take 2 capsules daily with food. In the first days of supplementation it made me sleepy but now there is no such side effects. It may lead to bloating as the bad bacteria in your gut dies off but it is supposed to be transitional (it does not affect the good gut bacteria).
