This supplement is a small white powder capsule. I have been researching and taking various of the B vitamins over the past year. This vitamin, Niacinamide is a different form of B-3 than the more typically taken Niacin. It has never caused flushing for me.I take this for skin health as this is supposed to help with reducing inflammation and general skin health. I also use this to help with nerve health and to reduce nerve pain. This was something I discovered after my last dental fillings turned into months of throbbing teeth and face, with no other dental anomalies present. I use this with other B vitamins, Carnitine, Inositol, ALA and diphenhydramine (Benedryl).

Quality is good.We thought to reorder.Ingredient potency niacinamide 500mg each.Size capsules small enough.We don't think it contains folic acid.It packages in transparent bottle.We usually drink it to burns our calories thus effect increasing our metabolism energy.When we drink it, there's no effect niacin flush.We never taste it out of capsule.

My superficial BCC and SCC skin cancers have slowed down after taking this for 3 months. My skin health improved since I've started taking Niacinamide. My doctor recommended it to low down BCC developing, and as I'm Australian, skin cancers are common. But be warned once you start, you've got to commit to continuing on it, but it's worth the effort, better than getting BCC frozen off, this product is good value for the money.

This is a staple for me ever since I tried it. Super affordable and effective. I take 2 (1 gram) before workouts and have a noticeable increase in energy, mood & endurance. The research on the increase in NAD levels and longevity make this a no brainer to support healthy mitochondrial function. If the cells of your body are sufficiently supported in making energy, it makes disease and illness far less likely to manifest. I will likely take this supplement for years to come.
You should definitely be taking Niacinamide in small split doses throughout the day. This product is a relatively large dose unfortunately which is not ideal. Look into Ray Peat and his use for Niacinamide. Georgi Dinkov recently spoke with Mercola, which made me look into Niacinamide further.Once again Solaray doesn't add toxic fillers to the capsules and they have good quality products overall.
I like this niacinamide. I take it every other day and I notice that I have more energy overall, and I like it doesn't have any extra additives. I subtracted on star because I don't really care for it having aloe vera. The aloe vera is in a negligible amount anyway so I don't see why they even added it, but personally I'd prefer it not be in there anyway. Overall, a good supplement though in my experience.
