Top-of-the-line 2024 Australian model, with smooth auto-resistance, 20-degree electric incline, user-definable programs, free wifi Apps, large touch-screen with wireless device charging, and 182kg user capacity. The Sole E95 was awarded "Best Elliptical over $2000" in the US and performs much like health-club models. NEED ASSEMBLY? Sole is one of the most famous and trusted brands of fitness equipment in the world. Not everyone walks the same way, so they made the E95 pedals adjustable to fit the way you walk. This adjustment is made using a dial called a "worm drive," which allows you to dial in exactly where you want the pedal to be angled. This feature also reduces numb toe effects and sore Achilles tendons, which are common occurrences on other elliptical machines.

Assembly was easy and instructions were detailed and clear. Operating standard programs was easy and clear. I still need to download the app and study the use of the heart rate strap. Instructions seem clear to me.I could not find information in the instructions as to 1) leveling the machine and 2) use of the lubricant.Steps 8 and 9 were a little confusing as to the end bracket installation.

I basically wore my old Nordic Track out. I liked the warranty on the Sole. It is much quieter and smoother. I did not want to be hassled about the online access constantly.

I looked for an Elliptical because after years of running, my doctor said my knees were done. I started my research with the treadmill doctor, which gives recommendations on all elliptical/treadmills. I decided on this one and Im glad I did. Pro: This Company has videos on putting the treadmill together. The machine runs smooth, quiet and is very sturdy. The display is very bright and easy to read. Programing is a breeze. Shipping from the company was great, they even put it in my garage for me. Cons: The fan is terrible and is useless. I'm 5'11 and I can't feel it. The speakers are only ok so I just use my headset with my iPod. The water bottle space holds your cup at angle so your water can spill out if your fill your cup too high. I can't compare this treadmill ... MoreI looked for an Elliptical because after years of running, my doctor said my knees were done. I track all my workouts with a heart rate monitor so this treadmill is the closest thing for me to my running.

The machine itself seems overall solid quality. I did not install myself as I paid a vendor with Sole to install. It was not installed correctly so I ended up having to disassemble it and reinstall. Sole did reimburse me $100 of the $299 assembly expense. That was nice but Sole should verify their installers know what they are doing before sending out. After 4 hours of disassembling and reassembling it seems to be correctly configured now but not100% sure since I didn't take it fully apart. The machine is quiet and good quality. Very heavy which is sturdy. I don't know why the monitor stays on unless you turn it off by the power switch. Sort of annoying that it doesn't just cycle off after certain time of non-use. I left it on all night and the monitor was still on ... MoreThe machine itself seems overall solid quality. I did not install myself as I paid a vendor with Sole to install. 1.We paid to have elliptical delivered and set up in January, 2023. Sole delivers by subcontractors and they damaged yard and wall in house when they delivered. After a week and 1/2, I called back and found out no order was put in. Had to make another order. Finally got parts in, a week later,(Feb.) then had to schedule a Sole agent to come to the house. I had yet been able to use my machine that was delivered. 4. Sole rep came today, March 13 , 2023. I was told he would review and go over everything and any questions I had with the machine. I started to ask him a couple of questions and he told me everything was self explanatory in the manual and couldn't be bothered. Fixed the machine and wanted to take the extra parts ! Very disappointed in this company. Hopefully this machine was worth it !!
First it took them 2 weeks to ship it. When it arrived the box was heavily damaged so I refused delivery. Customer service later telling me I should have just accepted it and looked through the box. Yeah, no. So you would think they would then do everything in their power to get you a new one quickly right. Oh, noanother 3 weeks with multiple delays. We need you home on this day only to have them call during the delivery period telling me its delayed. No concern about my time, no offer of compensation. Just well let you know. After three more false delivery days, multiple emails, and a general sense of them not caring at all I cancelled. If this is the customer service you offer I am glad I never was able to get the actual machine.
The treadmill is excellent. Quality product with easy assembly. The reason I would only give 4 stars is that the heart monitor that comes with it and the app are not the same. The heart monitor is inconsistent in tracking heart rate in comparison to the apple watch. The Sole app tracks all the data from the machine via bluetooth, but the Studio fitness app is unable to show any of that information other than the watts generated. I have reached out three times to the Studio app via their website but received no response. It would be better if the Studio app could stream the same data as the Sole app.
Works well nice and smooth. Adjustable and configurable to your liking. I like it. Took longer to assemble than indicated. Screw driver provided to assemble not long enough to tighten recessed screws and wrenches poor quality fitting the nuts/bolts. Had to use my own tools. Does not have as good a screen that I have seen on other brands. Major disappointment is it is starting to "rust" at the base of both handle mechanisms just above the lower pivot points. Have had it since september 2020. I sweat a lot when I work out and I have been religeous in wiping down the entire unit at the end of a session. Rust is getting worse every day. Tiny rust spots are starting to appear all over the handle unit. The black coating is obiously not durable and/or waterproof. Paint ... MoreWorks well nice and smooth. This is an expensive machine, but you do get quality. This sole trainer was bought as a replacement to an old and not very good cross trainer. I hated the old one because it was jerky, manual resistance, and felt like a home quality machine. The Sole E95 is just the opposite. As smooth and strong as any I've used in a 'professional' gym, and silent too. Everything about it screams quality.I was also worried about not having enough levels, but the resistance is plenty for me when I'm only half way up the available levels, so I have no doubt that even in many months to come with even better fitness there will be plenty left.As a bonus it came with a heart rate monitor so you can choose either the ones built in on the handles or the strap. Not so good: yes the fan ... MoreThis is an expensive machine, but you do get quality. Its a gimmick, and therefore of little consequence to me. It was also quite complex to assemble.I debated buying cheaper, but I have no regrets about spending the extra to buy the E95.
The E95 is a really solid product that my wife and I have been using for about a month and couldn't be happier. I travel extensively and use a lot of professional gym equipment and I can honestly say this is as good quality as any so-called "gym quality" LifeFitness or Precor ellipticals. This thing is whisper quiet, although I had to wipe down the metal tracks and wheels as one of them was squeaking initially. It is great to finally get a product that seems to be built really well and has a great warranty to back it up. The dual user settings and workout options are excellent and provide a tremendous workout. The speakers are marginal but I use a stereo in my home gym anyway so that's no big deal. The heart rate monitor seems to be pretty accurate but will need to ... MoreThe E95 is a really solid product that my wife and I have been using for about a month and couldn't be happier. The dual user settings and workout options are excellent and provide a tremendous workout. The speakers are marginal but I use a stereo in my home gym anyway so that's no big deal. The heart rate monitor seems to be pretty accurate but will need to test against my other HR monitor to see if they are the same. I love that you can choose to use either the HR monitor on the handles (less accurate) or the provided chest strap monitor (more accurate). Besides the bigger flywheel, one of the selling features when moving from the E55 to E95 is having the level and resistance settings on the arms. I can't say that I've adjusted either of them from the arms (always from the front panel) so this particular feature hasn't been of much value. I never adjust them during the workout anyway so maybe those that like manual settings would use this more. Assembly wasn't too bad at all - took about 2.5 hours with the main components going together rather easily. It actually took longer to put on all the plastic covers than it did to put together the main parts. I was able to get this together myself without a team of people holding things together while I fasten everything. Based on the size, I thought it would have been more difficult. NOTE: Since this is an American company based in UT, the instructions are in clear, plain English and the manual is detailed and ONLY in English. When is the last time you've seen that? **Word of warning though -- this beast is almost 250 lbs so getting it from the garage (where it was delivered) into my basement was quite a challenge. Even when transporting it piece-meal, the main unit must have been over 150 lbs and abnormally shaped with the pedals not fixed in place. My wife and I had to slide it on cardboard across the floor and down the stairs. I wouldn't even consider trying to lift and carry unless you have about 4 people due to the odd shape and moving pedals. And the footprint is over 7 feet long so make sure you have enough room to run this monster. Overall I'm very pleased with the unit and would highly recommend it to anyone if you are looking for a high-end home unit.
