I like that Solgar offers a lower dose of the CoQ10. I take one every day, sometimes two. I like to start with a small dose to see how I tolerate it. I definitely feel it gives me more energy. I am a brand buyer, and have used Solgar vitamins for a very long time. I take this for overall well-being and to help lower blood pressure, together with other remedies I am doing ok. The good thing about the lower dose is the price, some CoQ10 supplements can get very expensive. I take this in the morning after breakfast.

Booser of energy!!! Thank you solgar!

It increases energy production and it prevents degradation of cell structures! I felt that after one week! Booser of energy levels! Also, it is important to notice that CoQ10 supplementation lowers levels of CK, how does it affect another key marker of inflammation called C-reactive protein? CRP is a ring-shaped protein in the immune system produced by the liver that cleans up dead or injured cells. It is released into the bloodstream a few hours after an inflammatory response resulting from infection by a foreign cell or tissue injury. Strongly recommended!!! Thank you iherb!

I have ME/CFS and had CoQ10 recommended to me, but beyond a vague increase in general well-being that was really hard to pinpoint, I couldn't see much use in continuing to buy this supplement at first.I think that a lot of people who are looking to use it for fatigue, as an antioxidant, or as a neuroprotective need to read studies on diseases like theirs and choose their dosage accordingly, remembering to start low and go slow to watch for any adverse reactions, building up their dose over time.ME is a neuro disease and relapsing-remitting, and the best better-known, similar disease might be MS. Excellent product!
4 February 2021

CoQ10 is a compound generated by the human body and stored in the mitochondria of cells. This part of the cells is responsible for energy production. In addition, mitochondria protect cells from destruction and from the negative effects of viruses and disease-causing bacteria. I take it daily. If you have one of the following signs, it is worth doing a coenzyme test and check if you are not deficient: vitamin B6 deficiency; genetic defects associated with a decrease in the production of CoQ10; oxidative stress; mitochondrial diseases; side effects of drugs aimed at lowering cholesterol levels.

Excellent!

When it arrived, I find that the sealed wrap protection was really distinctive! They really went out of their way to keep the product safe. The size of the softgel and it’s smooth coating made it easy to swallow. You can even do so without water. Though I’ve just changed to Solgar from another brand, I can really feel the difference especially the absorption. It keeps me alert and energetic throughout the day. No more nodding off while working! Getting 120 softgels for that price for that price is really a steal as one bottle will last 4 months! I will definitely buy this again!

I'm not sure, that this product is useful, but my granny and her sister are very happy to take it to improve their health and think that it really provides all the benefits mentioned. So, I was asked to buy it. The package was not damaged. The producer is well-known, so I hope the product is of a good quality.

Solgar products that I bought usually work on me but somehow I don't feel any effects for this CoQ-10 even though it is 200mg dosage.I have been consuming 150mg from Blackmore's brand (from Australia) and I can feel the effects, more energy and less breathless when I exercise or exert myself doing household chores. With Solgar's CoQ-10, I find it doesn't help me at all. So will not buy this product again and will revert to Blackmore's.

VH Addict
27 June 2022

I buy most of my health and beauty products from VH. I value the products and the research, and enjoy reading Gill’s Saturday Read. So it was the logical step to become a VH Addict. I don't know why I didn't join before! Ive saved quite a lot already and will soon recoop the £30 annual fee. Thankyou

What a difference in my energy levels
21 July 2022

I use Solgar vitamins, minerals and supplements wherever I can. I have done for years. I have haemochromotosis, low thyroid function and fibromyalgia...I have recently started taking CoQ10 as part of my regime, and it's made a difference to my energy, and, I believe, pain and fatigue issues. Some days, exercise is difficult, but a daily routine makes all the difference, and I've noticed a difference since starting this course, which has helped my mood and sense of well being by achieving more regular exercise with improved energy levels and a sense of achievement.
