Generally, solgar vitamins are very effective. The same i can say for D3 , also for the vitamin for nails, hair and skin. The product is well wrapped . it's a bit pricy but it is definitelly worth it. Overall, I am quite sattisfied and i do recommend Solgar products

I like the formula with soft gels made of fish gelatine. It's great. I like the strength of 25 mcg as well as it gives me a choice to adjust the dosage depending on what food I have.

I was looking for a vitamin d3 without lanolin and seen that in all the ingredients that there was no mention of lanolin so i bought some now i received a email from solgar telling me there lanolin in it.
I have used tis product for 3 years. I have had no side effects. It is also very easy to take.

I take 1000IU during the summer months. I previously tried Solgar's 400IU softgels. I liked the amber bottle. So decided to try Solgar with the higher dosage. This 250 pill bottle should get me through two summers, which I think is better value than 100 softgels.These softgels are bigger than the 400IU ones - measuring about 1.5cm x 0.8cm. The bottle measures 12.5cm tall and the diameter of base is about 7cm.
