This bundle contains everything you need to start taking some amazing photos. If purchased individually, everything should cost almost $1000. The system is light, easy to carry around, and fairly intuitive to use. While I love the built-in flash, I barely ever use it thanks to the high ISO performance, image composition (hand held twilight mode), and optical stabilization. I would also recommend the Sigma 30mm f/2.8 lens for anyone looking for a normal prime lens.

Not only is it small and easy to hold, based on the sensor size, it produces pictures with dslr-like quality. One of the best features is the swivel screen that allows to tilt 180 degrees so you can take your own pictures without having to adjust.Pros:- lightweight, high image quality, battery lasts long (~ 430 shots), easy to holdCons- screen hard to see in sunlight, menu a bit confusing at times, lens still bulky (in comparison to the new 16-50mm)Overall, well recommended camera for those looking to get serious with photography.

Seller performed well, no complaints. While no longer a particularly modern camera, the Nex F3 is well spec'd and for the used price, excellent value. Physically the camera is very comfortable in a medium sized hand (slightly bigger than the Nex 5 series), takes great pictures and video but does not have the easiest menu system to use. Apparently, it's still a problem with the latest Alpha series, but at this price for image quality, no arguments.

The HD video is not as great as expected. Photos are amazing though! The light capture during daytime is great, but at night or in dark scenes, I dont' see good photos coming out. I've tested this camera and found out how easy the functions for use are. The overall look is sleek and stylish, not too heavy to carry around. It has many professional features including auto-portrait which takes a crop image of the original image and creates a 2nd photo which is cool. Love the blur effects also! I would recommend this cam for beginners trying to get good pro shots!

The auto functions are amazing as we don't know too much technical stuff about cameras...yet. Perfect for our entire family to use as we are expecting our first kid in December. Even the grandparents could figure it out!Super quick response and incredibly easy to switch from still to video. Video quality is great as well. Highly recommend to those looking for something in between that is still lightweight with power.

After some research we decided on the Sony. We got it just in time for a family vacation to Washington DC so the camera got a great workout. It did not disappoint. It takes great pictures in most light without a flash. The panorama mode was helpful for some pretty cool shots of the monuments and we got some really great pictures of the city at night. This camera is amazing and I have not even really learned to use all the features yet. I've been searching to replace my P&S camera since my daughter was born 2 years ago. My P&S simply could not keep up with her movements. It was so slow to focus and shot to shot time was brutal making me miss allot of good shots. I was looking to step up in speed and quickness but not to DSLR level as they are too big, bulky, and pricey. When I saw this and tested at * it was perfect in every way. Speed and performance were amazing, image quality at DSLR level and size was great as well. I am so impressed with the speed and performance of this camera. Shot to shot time is so fast I caputure so many shots I would have otherwise missed with my P&S. Fantastic step up from a P&S.
I've been playing w. the camera for 2 wks,and the pics look like SLR quality. I love that it can sharpen my target and blur the background like a pro camera. The panoramic feature is great for streetscapes. The battery life lasts a long time. The menu buttons are easy to understand. It also takes good night sharp photos without the lenses staying open too long like an SLR camera does. I got this because I wanted SLR without the bulk and the complex functions.
I use the product to self-learn for digital photography and nature shooting. things that are great is the multiple inter-changeable lenses, they are awesome, good for zooming, wide-angle shooting, and close distance as well, the best I've had yet, and not to forget the digital recording feature and saving all memory to the memory stick to upload upon a computer. things not so great about it the expense of the inter-changeable lenses. and the extra accessories that apply to the product are priced highly as well. other than that, that is all I have.
I just bought this bundle and I really like it. My old camera was over 6 years old and there were point and shoot cameras that were better than my DSLR. I've upgraded and I'm still in the process of really learning how to use the camera. I have used it once and the picture that it took were great. However, the problem was with the screen to see the pictures. It was very diffucult to see the image in the sunlight and since it dioesn't have a viewfinder it seems like you're left a little blind until you actually see the picture you took which may be very problematic if you're taking an action shot.
