Sony is a big company but product picture and description doesn't tally: picture shown is blue but description said it's black. Please straighten out this oversight. A query to the staff only elicit that it's blue. No change to product description.Very fast delivery. The sponge covers for the earpieces are very thin and hard to put on. Not sure if it does anything given it's wafer thinness. Sound is so so. Wires seem thin. Hope it doesn't break after winding and unwinding.

Not sure why they get bad reviews, they're $10 headphones and they are much better than the generic brand cheap headphones out there, especially in audio-quality. No they are not amazing audio, but you need 100 dollar headphones to get better audio quality. These are just fine. I love them, they are my go-to heaphone for my laptop, playstation etc, I have had more expensive headphones before and they still are just as good as these. I would say the only con is that they break easily but again, I've had more expensive headphones that break the same amount. For the price point these are amazing. I hope they never stop making them.

Always reliable, and the best sound of any headphones. Sony has always had the best sound. I'm so lucky they still make a set of headphones with this kind of earbuds. If they ever stop making this kind like every other manufacturer out there has, I will be out of the market for headphones entirely. The kind that squeezes into your ear canal makes me so dizzy I throw up, so if Sony stopped making these earbuds, I would have to just listen to everything out loud in public like a rude person.

These have been my go-to headphones/earbuds for many years now. I still haven't bought into the wireless fad like raycons or earpods. The only negative about wired headphones is the cable can sometimes get in the way. But for me, one negative vastly outweighs the many negatives of wireless. Charge time, signal interference, battery life depleting over numerous charges, having to go through steps to link it to every device, etc. etc... These are really high quality in comparison to the price. Yes the bass frequencies are lacking but thats true of most earbuds out there. Can't go wrong with these though. Sony has always had outstanding hardware quality.
They're not gonna be the best audio quality ever, but I just wanted some cheap earbuds that would be good enough, and these are pretty good. No complaints about the audio quality. They can get as loud as you want too. They look good, and they're the kind of earbud that I personally find comfortable. Very happy with how they feel to wear in my ears. The wire, and the way it connects to the earbuds/jack, does feel kind of flimsy, not as durable as I would like. So I won't be surprised when these inevitably have issues with having to adjust the wire to get the sound to come out of both channels properly, as has happened with cheap earbuds I've had in past. But I didn't spend much on these so that's all good by me.
Good earbuds at a really decent price. If I use them when I am trying to get to sleep, they are flat enough not to be uncomfortable if I turn on the same side. They fit nicely in the ear and the foam breathes properly unlike most modern earbuds. My ears don't feel sweaty and wet.You will hear background noise though, if that is a concern. The jack is at an angle so it is harder to bump and damage the junction of the wire and plug.Sony always make high quality products.
I bought these to replace the original earphones for my Sony Walkman (USB stick device). The original ones were great! The offered very minimal sound leakage and lasted at least 10 years. I had to replace it as one of the earpieces finally stopped working. These ones look virtually identical but leak so much noise. But they're only 10 bucks, so you get what you pay for. The sound quality isn't too bad.As a side note: Beware if you are ordering these (or any other small product from JB online) and are having them delivered to a Unit from their courier service. They won't leave the item/s if you're not home regardless of all of the safe hiding places available or lack of foot traffic.
Stop before you buy these things. I had earphones found in some Chinese mp3 15 years ago that sounded better than this.First of all: the cable. Thin, horrible plastic, feel really cheap and about to break already when it’s still in the box. But in the end who cares about the cable if the sound is nice? Well, it’s not. This earphones have 0 bass and sound like my mother singing with her head inside a washing machine: Not for weak stomach.Someone might say: they cost 10.- what do you expect? Well, when I was 16 I started to buy Sony earphones and their cost, 20y ago, was the same. The quality, though, has dropped like my jaw (I wanted to say balls) when I heard these.Stay away please.
