Play station 4 is a really great game console. I bought one for myself and my son. We play games together and he also enjoys playing them on his own. It’s really slim and doesn’t take up too much space. It came with 2 controllers and they are wireless. It comes with cords u just plug into the game console to charge the controllers. It’s a good system to have for the kids as well. The kids love it. They have games for adults and children. You just have to read the back of the games because although some of the games you can just put in and play, some of the games are required to have Wi-Fi in order to play some of them. I love their graphics and again I love that the system is so slim and compact. It doesn’t take up much space at all and it’s very light as well. Maybe just a few lbs.

It clocks a low 60 FPS and the PS5 clocks 120 FPS + but hear me out… most BIG NAME TITLES like Call Of Duty are still available to play on the Playstation 4. The Playstation 4 Pro specifically has a “boost setting” and a “supersampling setting” which is huge because the slim and the 1st version don’t have that. The fans don’t kick on as much as the Slim version either.. but they still do kick on when you’re playing games made for new gen. The The Playstation 4 Pro is also better than Playstation 4 Slim because the Slim had trouble with wifi issues and completely frying. But there it was, a brand new PlayStation 4, and not just the console, he purchased the Black Ops bundle.. as well as an extra controller. God rest his soul. His heart was bigger than anyone I know. I was so excited to hook it up and play that once I got home from work I did just that. The best part is I am a single mom to a now 11 year old son, who at that time was 5. So selfishly, he was 5, I let him watch (don't judge me people) 😂🤣.. Instantaneously I was hooked. This was a big jump up from the PS3, graphics were better, processor was better. Oh, and my best friend was not the type to go 'small' with anything, so of course he bought me the one with the most storage. I loved the controller interaction with the different games. Fast forward to today, being that my son is 11, it is not in his room, I have since became sick over the past 5 years with some serious chronic illnesses and my son is now a very big gamer. Not going to lie, I owe my son's gamer qualities to my best friend bc he is definitely the one that got him started. We have the PlayStation plus membership, as well as an external hard drive and 5 years of having the console, I have had zero issues. I do want the PS5, but I am having a hard time parting with my PS4 for obvious reasons, plus being on disability I cannot afford the PS5 at the moment. But honestly, there is no need. My PS4 like I said, is working great, but I am a nerd and love new tech so FOMO in general I think contributes to me wanting to get the PS5. But my system hasn't overheated, I've had no issues with the console, hooking up headsets, playing games both physical and downloaded. Bottom line, after an extremely long review, this console definitely deserves a 5 out of 5. If anyone is on the fence and not sure which to get, get the PS4!!

Dangerous and sharp

My reveiw is based simply on the design of the ps4. Its a game console with super sharp edges and its heavy too. I get the a game console is gonna be heavy but the thing stands upright i cant helo but feel expecially when children are playing that its an accident waiting to happen. My 9 year old son recently was gofted a playstation 4 for his birthday and he has had it a total of 2 weeks and today this accident happend. He was trying to plug the hdmi cord into the vack since he alternates between his favored xbox and his new ps4. When the the Ps4 fell and yhe sharp side landed on his thigh right above the knee. Instantly a bruise started to form and some of the skin was rubbed open abraided like. I took pics obviously. Why are these designed this way? I understand having them stand tall would maje it eaiser to vent excess heat instead of letting it build up but these edges are sharp! I was in the room when this happend he wasnt doing anything wrong but trying to pull the hdmi cord out of the ps4 to put into the xbox. I joked around with him trying to get a smile said that maybe the ps4 heard him saying that the xbox was a superior gaming console. But his response was only that he had taken it back after playing his first game.

I use the game for entertainment whether that be playing games such as 2k21, madden 21, GTAV, or for other apps like Netflix or Hulu to enjoy TV. I purchase the product for various reasons I knew it was going to occupy me and keep me out of trouble when I had nothing else to do, I used it as a tool to not waste time but to give me something enjoyable to do throughout the days where I've had nothing else to do for example when Covid-19 hit is when I spent a good amount of time on The product.The Pros of my product are that it was a slim version so with that begin said if you sold it, you'd possibly make a little more profit from when you paid for it at retail. The design of the system is a lot different from your ordinary PlayStation 4 because this version is the slim version which is smaller and more packable than the regular PlayStation 4 and on top of that it holds more storage than usual with begin so small.The Cons of my product is very few to none. Most Play-Stations tend to get hot and the fan inside overheats which causes the gaming console to sound like a jet, But not the PlayStation slim version. I may say the only con to my product would be that it’s not as big as other compared consoles which people tend to like the size of the product but to me, it’s more opinion-based I enjoy my little more compact console.In conclusion, I think this is an incredible item to have in your home. It has given me nothing but pleasure throughout the long term and on top of that good news has made me connect x10 better with individuals internationally. I would definitely recommend this item to any individual who enjoys gaming. This gaming console has cured depression for some people I know and that is a great beautiful thing. With that being said I would recommend it to anyone.
