I've been buying this pillow for years. I suffer from neck pain and I have spent hundreds on useless pillows which never supported me until I found this one. It is hands down the best pillow I have ever purchased. It does take a while for the smell to leave and can be quite hard but that settles down after a couple of weeks. After that the firmness is just right for the life of the pillow. I plan to buy more and stock up as I'll be devastated if this is discontinued.

I choose this pillow because it was a high contour pillow which i had been looking for. Was disappointed when i used it to see it flatten a lot compared to other memory pillows which was disappointing. However i havent been having too much neck ache so it must be working ok for me.
