Waste of money! Very poor quality and uncomfortable as well. The left earbud stopped working after a few weeks of use. Tried to reset it, but it didn’t work. I wasn’t able to return them due to the very short return policy. So, they ended up in the garbage and I lost $80. I would not recommend to anyone to buy this brand. Spend a little more and buy a good quality earbuds. Please, don’t waste your money!

Anker soundcore liberty air earbuds

This pair of headphones are refurbished and price is good compared to buying them new. When I received them it connected to my phone but only the right ear bud would work. Followed the reset procedure in the manual but didn't work. Had to look it up online. Found another way that did work but did fix the issue with the left ear bud not connecting.after reseting the headphones they would not connect anymore. After several times they finally connected, I guess I got lucky. Now both earbuds had sound and connected every time I got them out of the case. Sound while listening to music is good. Sound while on the phone is not good at all. Volume seems very low most of time while talking and it cuts in/out. The touch controls are not very responsive. BETTER THAN APPLE!

I purchased these headphones in January of 2019 and within a week, I felt supremely confident that I found a gem - these headphones offer the same, if not superior quality, comfort, and convenience as Apple AirPods do - but for a significantly lower (and reasonable) investment. I contacted customer support and submitted a claim for a replacement. Kaya, an INCREDIBLE agent, guided me through a hassle-free claim for a replacement pair. When I say hassle free, I mean - she made a warranty claim CONVENIENT. Just imagine - a convenient warranty claim?! My experience with warranty claims has been such where I anticipate a lengthy, evidence based, almost argumentative conversation where ultimately, you use the wrong word and aha! You’re done. But Kaya and Anker were shockingly - human! Seriously. If you’re on the fence, buy them. And contact Kaya if you have ANY questions or concerns. I’m a customer for life and I genuinely believe it’s because of her and her commitment to the customer. I could go on for forever but my remaining characters are running low haha! just buy them. It’s SO worth it. And don’t bother comparing with Apple. Their headphones will absolutely be obsolete by tomorrow, unlike Anker Soundcore. And - they don’t have a Kaya!

I love the sound on these,, the quality is very exceptionally good. Playing music the sound is just awesome. I actually have to take out at least one of the earbuds to hear what someone is saying if they are talking to me because if I don't I will not hear a thing,,The noise reduction is just that good! the sound is just that great!it sounds like car stereo! soundcore you out did yourself! I am very pleased with these. 10 minutes equals to 1 and a 1/2 hours talk time.. only takes about 20 minutes for a full charge.. I would definitely be wearing these to work we'll come back and write another review and let you guys know how they work at my job! The best $50 I spent yet. Fantastic product and excellent value!

Yes, so I have trusted Anker products for few years now. My first was a small Soundcore Bluetooth speaker. The sound, quality and value were unmatched. So, I decided to try the certified, refurbished earpods. When I received they would only last 2 or 3 minutes on a charge. I let Anker know and they immediately sent a replacement which works and sounds great! 100% satisfied customer.

Good headphones with reservations....

Liberty Air Bud Headphones are very comfortable. I wanted to try completely wireless earbuds for a multitude of reasons, and I was able to find these at a very reasonable price since the Liberty 2 was released. The sound is fine. Not outstanding like my Audio Technica over ear, but still quite good; nice flat response, neither boomy nor tinny, just nice sound for voice and music. Connection to bluetooth is the issue. The left earbud cuts out regularly and must be reset. I mean regularly. This is very annoying and very frustrating. I'm on my second pair after returning my first pair for no sound in the left earbud. This second pair gets sound, except when it doesn't; then it does, then it doesn't....Very difficult to listen to sometimes. Long lasting charge, good sound quality

Bought these over 3 years ago and still going strong. Took a chance when they were on clearance and so glad I did. I mostly just use them on the bus and at the gym but hardly ever have to recharge, might hook them up to the charger once every couple months. Obviously probably need charging more often if using several hours a day. They stay in pretty well, just use caution when jumping off the bus, etc. sound quality is great. Only issue is the little rubber bits got lost at some point and had to find some replacements.

I got my pair last December and they have not held up well unfortunately. I would say the first week barely lasted the expected 5 hours for each use, then the lifespan decreased rapidly from there on out and can't even last 30 minutes now. The sound quality is great and the product looks incredible, but they aren't everything they promised to be and can barely do the one thing they are designed for. Along with the poor lifespan, they constantly fall out of my ears and I have to keep adjusting them to keep them in. I clean my ears regularly so I don't think it's an issue with my ear canal, and I've tried all the different size silicone pieces. Pretend they don't exist.

Absolute trash. Worked great for a few months, but now only sporadically pairs with my phone, and when it does decide to pair, the left earbud doesn't work. Fix that, then the right earbud doesn't work. Get those working well, finish using them so they go back in the case only to start the whole process over again when you try to use them later. I truly hate these things. Keep your money, do your research (evidently, what I have explained is quite common), and buy anything but these awfully frustrating earbuds.

But honestly many of these problems seem like straightforward design failures. For example, most of the time when I take one of them out and hold it in my hand for a bit, they disconnect. I think this may be because I'm touching the touch-sensitive side of the earbud? Regardless, this is bad. Then when I reconnect them, the left one produces no sound. I then have to disconnect and reconnect. Often this does not work.
