The order arrived fairly quickly though not as quick as the first time I ordered. I take this because it was recommended to me but I honestly don’t notice any difference to my health by using it. I will continue because maybe it takes a while to take effect. I’ve been told it works well for MCAS symptoms so that is why I take it. I also take antihistamine which to be honest work a lot more effectively in that I notice the difference straight away. I don’t have any allergies but just some random symptoms after having covid.
