As someone who has struggled with iron deficiencies for years, I was keen to try the Source Naturals, Advanced Ferrochel after hearing about its high absorption rates and gentle effect on the stomach. After using it for three months, I can confidently say it has lived up to its promises.Pros:Highly Absorbable Iron: The Ferrochel formula seems to be much more effective than other iron supplements I've tried. My latest blood tests show a significant improvement in my iron levels.Gentle on the Stomach: Unlike some iron supplements, these tablets didn't cause any stomach discomfort or constipation, which is a huge plus.Convenient Dosage: One tablet a day is sufficient, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

No allergies, no constipation ( u might know that it is VERY common side effect from iron pills) or any belly discomfort !IMPORTANT!Don't use with any other iron and/or B-vit supplements unless u were prescribed to do so.Do not Chew it. 🙃🥴 will not really harm u but will minimise effect and give u funny taste for hours %)Do not take with coffee or tea! Atleast two hours gab between them!Good to take with juice ( orange or Apple) but not necessary

I bought this because my usual drugstore iron wasn't really cutting it. This is by far the best iron supplement I've ever taken. I'm anemic and have been taking iron supplements since 2002 and while my Fe levels on my labs were good, I usually felt sluggish -- even when I doubled my dosage during menses.I noticed within a couple of weeks of taking this how much better I felt. I am not nearly as fatigued, I don't have the brain fog, I don't feel like I'm moving through concrete.

Best product as an iron supplement, using for a while now. Good size, easy to swallow. Won’t recommend to use every day. I use every second day, but have iron deficiency. Can feel the benefits on a long term! Good quality product
The tablets are uncoated and I need to immediately swallow and drink water, otherwise there will be a taste of iron in my mouth. I take iron along with lactoferrin. And I feel the difference. There was energy and the skin on the heels became better.
