Works well, I have been using it for more than 8 years. Good value for money and is effective. Recommend to use 30 min before consuming ice cream for better effect. If you consume too late, you might still get stomach ache. Speaking from experience!

As one of several lactose-intolerant family members, lactase supplements are in every bag, pocket, and of course, in the medicine cabinet. The Source Naturals Lactase Digest works well. None of us who use it have experienced any symptoms that normally come after ingesting lactose. The only downsides are - as clearly specified in the product description - is that they are in capsule form. You can't just pop it in your mouth on the go (say, if you're about to eat an ice cream) without needing a drink to swallow them. It's not a form I'd advise for children. They are also impractical to bring along when leaving the house because the container is so bulky. The upside is the price. Lactase supplements tend to be pricey, something this isn't. Good value for your money.
