I was so disappointed when I received these. I purchase a couple of sizes larger than what I would normally buy based on customer reviews I've read. But, they still didn't fit quite right and I think it's because they fabric is very thin with minimal stability. If you're buying these for shaping, I'd recommend you look for something else. The waist elastic is about 1/4" wide and has no stability to stay at your waist which was surprising to me since I don't need a lot of control. I generally like Spanx products, but not this one.

I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly. It gives me just the right amount of compression while remaining very comfortable, just like a well made piece of shapewear should! However, I must admit that I have since bought two more in a larger size. Because the satin material has such an exquisite feel, I wanted a couple just for everyday wear when it doesn't matter if I have a bit of tummy bulge ;)

I was looking for a no panty line panty that looked smooth under my form fitting pants or dresses. This one works well. It’s light weight but has a firm hold which is what I like. I like feeling pulled in all the way around in my underwear. This will become a staple.

The brief is very light and satiny. It is also quite comfortable. It held in my belly quite well. I always wear an XS, however, this was a little tighter than usual. In the thigh, I could have used a size S as it dug into my upper thigh on both sides. Therefore, I cannot wear this under form fitting clothes, as that “bump” would show. In other clothing, it is fine. And the lavender color is pretty and feminine looking.
Like the textile. However, after the first wear and wash there is a tear in the seam. Also, there's not a lot of comfort stretch and Spanx underwear seems to run small. I have another pair unopened package of this $36 pant and I would like to return it.
The openings for the thigh are too tight. You do not allow for expansion at all in that area. I am athletic and have muscular thighs. I had to send two styles back for the same reason.
Absolutely the best shaper panty I have tried! Very silky and all day comfort. Clothes just look better and are so easy to pull on because of the silky fabric. I am 5’7 and 127 pounds and work out daily. These just make me feel more put together. I am 73 years young! Thank you.
I bought these to wear under a form fitting dress. They were perfect!!! They were exactly what I needed to flatten my abdomen and they pulled in my hips.I did order up one size to a 2XL. I’m glad I did as the 1X may have rolled in the abdomen.
These feel so luxurious! They definitely make me feel pampered. The compression is so lightweight, I forget that factor. They come up higher than my bellybutton and therefore higher than my pants. Not a problem though since I don’t wear cropped tops.
I chose these for the satin and light control, I feel way too constricted in traditional shapewear. They came up high enough and no visible panty lines that I noticed. The only thing I didn’t like is the exposed rubber around the legs. Not sure if all shapewear has this and I’m guessing it’s to keep them in place. As someone with sensitive skin I really didn’t like it and felt it all night so I deducted one star. I did go up in size as another reviewer suggested, specifically because I just didn’t want it too tight. For reference I’m a misses 16 and purchased a 2X
