I recently came in for a flat tire. Looking at my record, the service guy reminded me that I had a free tune-up coming, one year after purchase. The tune-up was great, and I'm back to riding every other day. There's no bike shop easier to deal with than Erik's. Thank you, guys!

Fitted with no problem. The nut to hold the valve in place is a nice touch. I have bought Shraeder valves without this and it does help the initial inflation of the tube. I'm a new convert to Presta valves.

I stopped in unexpectedly as I got a flat just a few miles from the bike shop over in waterworks. I had already used my spare tube to fix a flat the previous day and then I had the bad luck of another. The tech hooked me up quick and I was back on the trail.

The tube was of great value for the price of the tire tube! I was road biking when I caught some glass, and one punctured the previous tube quite quickly. However, after replacing these tubes, refilling air, and riding in more rough conditions, the tubes held up.I plan on getting more of the tubes as a backup in case I need to replace them, but I have not had to replace my tubes after multiple 20+ mile rides. Installing was very simple once I got the tires off and the valves are sturdy for filling up air.
I assume 5 stars means the best. I was unfamiliar with the Presta valves, but after consulting YouTube, I went out and bought a new air pump, and was impressed with the difference. I feel like the Presta valves are more secure than the Shraeder valves, but time will tell
Perfect tubes. No big revelation here but they function as per design. Round, air tight, reasonably tough. All good.
The back tire was fixed quickly and with fantastic service! The issue lies 3 weeks later, I've taken my bike out twice if not 3 times since then and my entire back tire exploded. So ill be coming in to get that fixed, I don't know if the tube was set in wrong or what but man it freaked me and others around out. See ya soon!
These tubes are defective. Appear to be patched from factory along weld. Leak at that patch . Huge pain in the ..,,,,
First of all, when I had a flat on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago, they fixed it immediately when I walked it in. They also checked some other issues I asked about at the same time; I then scheduled an appointment for the following week.The work was done quickly and before the promised time, and everything I requested was done.I took my first ride today with the new tires (expensive but worth it!), the reset handle bars, readjusted brakes and gears. It's so much better riding a well maintained bike! Thanks to everyone at ERIK'S Dinkytown!
