These bottle are only good for pumping the milk using the Spectra pump. The nipples which come with them are not good for feeding the baby because they have no vents and baby has a hard time feeding out of them. These bottles leak milk when I use them with the original lids they came with. I wouldn't purchase these on their own. I would rather buy bottles which can be used with the pump and for feeding.

These bottles came with my Spectra S2 pump. The nipple is probably my baby’s favorite out of all our bottles. A lactation consultant said the shape was better for breast and bottle feeding than my nanobebe bottles because the base of the nipple protruded further like a real nipple. 8weeks after using one regularly 1 of the bottles leaks. I think leaking started after I accidentally over tightened the lid. As far as wear and tear I use these bottles 1-2 times a day and sanitize in the microwave or dishwasher daily.

I bought a second set of these bottles since I would be pumping at work. Luckily, I am able to have a personal mini fridge in which I can store them and noticed milk leaking onto the shelf. At first, I thought it was something I had done but it was not. The bottles were securely closed and they were not completely full at all. I had 2 bottles with 2 oz and even these leaked. I got home and tested the bottles for leaks along with the ones included with my S1 pump and they all leak from the bottom. Disappointed as I was going to purchase another set plus they are not cheap either and they do not include a nipple. Why they include a bottle/nipple cap but not a nipple is puzzling.
Had already purchased one of the spectra hospital grade pumps (which has been amazing).I just needed a few extra bottles when I got home from the hospital as I was needing to express and store in the fridge. Baby and I took a little time figuring out exclusive breastfeeding.These were handy as I could attach straight to the pump each time.
Multiple issues with these: 1. They don’t fit the Spectra phalanges. They appear to be the right size but the threads are suuuuper loose and don’t securely screw onto the phalanges. If I try to put them on the phalanges and pump, the bottles thread loosely on the phalanges and can easily fall off during pumping. 2. The ounce markings are not in color as the old bottles, they’re indents so are near impossible to see 3. These come with a cap but no nipple so cannot use these bottles to feed unless you buy bottle nipple separately.
I have purchased Brest milk pump for my wife and that pump is very good ,But milk bottles and teats are disgusting. It’s leaking and teats ( medium flow) too much soft and baby struggle every moment when feeding. So I was put 3couples of sets in my rubbish bin.
Currently cleaning up precious pumped milk which spilled all over my daughter for the millionth time from these bottles. Just when I think I've tightened the bottle properely, they spill AGAIN. It's difficult to know whether the bottle has been tightened enough, they're easily overtightened and when overtightened, the screw resets. I'm only ever going to use these bottles as pumping storage. They cannot and I will not be using or trusting them for feeding again. Very disappointing.
I bought these as well as slow flow teats and every single time I tried to feed my baby with them they dumped breast milk all over her. My hard earned milk wasted every time. I checked everything, that it was tight enough and all put together properly. I’ve read everywhere online people having the same issues. The avent ones fit the pump also and don’t dump milk all over baby. Only use these for short storage now.
