Spigen Rugged Armor Case for AirPods Pro Charcoal

DO NOT BUYThe flip top cover is not secure enough. The double sided sticker provided helps for awhile but only lasted me about 2 weeks before the top comes loose again (looses the stickiness). They provided a spare sticker, but the spare sticker lasted me a grand whole 2 weeks as well. I just contacted their chat support but there is no favourable outcome. Basically, nothing that they can do - because it is now almost a month after I have received the item. This item is defective but they expect their 15 days return policy to be able to cover their defective product.Sure, I don't need the money back. But fact is this product is now useless. How am I supposed to protect my Airpods Pro when the top cover keeps falling off. Product Quality:materialValue For Money:okayBest Feature(s):rugged case protectionhave been using spigen products for quite some time , honestly not disappointed at all. Quality is alright and the price is reasonable. Not a bad product from spigen compared to their 50$ magsafe alternatives

Case looks awesome....but won’t stay on. **WARNING**

Love the look of this case but it is so loosely molded that the bottom section with the carabiner allows the AirPods Pro case to completely fall out. Have had them completely fall out around the house 2x and have finally given up on the case. They provide a piece of two sided tape for the flip cap but nothing for the bottom section. The flip cap seems to have a better friction fit and hasn’t presented any issues or need for the tape. Which I could say the same for the bottom. It will press in with a slight snap as it aligns but then glides right back out again - there is literally ZERO friction fit. Would not trust this case anywhere but a pocket and never hang from the carabiner.Spigen - you guys are better than this!

Low grade copy of spigen

Highly dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Cant see the light of my airpod because there is no hole at front and cant press the button at the back even coz its too hard. Useless. Total waste of money.

Nice look. Can’t keep AirPods in it.

This case looks great. The top piece of shell holds nicely to the top of the AirPods. However, the bottom falls away all the time. Use the clip and be careful....you will need to buy another set of AirPods very soon. There is no way short of gluing it into the case to hold it in place. I clipped to the inside of my bag and I’m SO GLAD!!! I had to go searching in my computer bag for my AirPods. If I had this in the outside of my bag, there is NO DOUBT I would have lost them. This may seem like a harsh review and one of those people that complain about everything... this is not me. I’m an engineer and an optimistic person. The only way I could use this case is to glue my AirPod’s case in place.

Product quality is good

The only thing which I’m not able to believe is that, the color which I ordered and the color which came is completely different, I ordered for black but it came as purple. Idk how black is seen as purple. Maybe the person was color blind.

Worst

This is a terrible case. After a while, the Air Pod case falls out unexpectedly and crashes onto the floor. There is no tape for the bottom half which after a while the rubber shrinks allows the case to fall. Mine fell on the sidewalk and barely works anymore. $250 down the drain thanks to a poorly designed case. Warranty wont even cover their design flaw for you to replace the Air Pods. Dont buy this!
