Great mattress although does need a mattress topper if you want it a bit softer. Otherwise an excellent mattress.

It's soft as. It cracks when sit / lay and or stand from the bed. It tells you to leave it to settle after unrolling it from the box for 48 hours you do this but it makes literally zero difference the springs DO NOT SNAP INTO PLACE. My mattress has a permanent crease in it which actually appears like the mattress is bent. The very edges of the mattress is slanted and leans down making the mattress appear like it's not level. To make a complaint about it to fantastic furniture you have to jump through hoops there is no cooling off period nothing. This mattress is AWFUL.

Mattress appears to be made of good quality. It is soft but still firm at the same time. Amazing mattress. Had been having a better sleep at night. Alittle disappointed it doesn't have side handles built into the mattress to lift it though. Otherwise very good.
Mattress seems to be good value for the price. Although it recommended using an enclosed tool to open it, the tool wasn't included in the package.
Absolutely terrible to sleep on. It makes weird creaking sounds. Feels like you are sleeping on springs. Very bouncy. Absolutely the opposite of the description. It never expanded to the measurement in the description so its not nearly as high. Beyond disappointed as I have purchased it after reading positive reviews.
The mattress is extremely hard, you can feel the springs through it, i have a very sore back from sleeping on this matress. I guess you get what you pay for. I bought this mattress based on the reviews but I'm now thinking they were paid/fake. I have had to buy a mattress topper which cost about the same as this mattress in order to make it comfortable.
Very comfortable and lightweight. Extremely satisfied.
Waste of moneyI have an injure in my back and I was looking for a firm mattress but this one it wasn’t and I’ve tried to exchange it and they refuse , so I can’t used it
Wow! We always think that the more expensive the better the quality. Not so with this fine example. We are averaged sized people and found the mattress is very supportive - not just for an overnite stay but extended periods.
