I have been lifting weights for over 10 years and have tried many different supplements for many different reasons. I never noticed a big difference when taking collagen, so I never stick with it. Until— postpartum and I ran out of my regular protein so I started using this more consistently. I’ve noticed my postpartum cellulite has improved, plus i believe my nails look better and I am hoping my hair is stronger too but that’s been harder to tell.SR is a brand I trust, as I have had experience with other products working from them but not other brands.

My entire family loves this so we generally don’t need to skip any!

After hitting my 40s I’ve slowly started to see my hair growth slow down. I add this into my coffee every morning. It does have a slight after taste even in my black coffee but for the most part it’s unnoticeable. Very little scent. Overall great product. after 4 weeks I can tell my hair is growly slightly faster. I’ve needed to cut my hair more frequently.

Good inositol. Helps to normalize the level of insulin in the blood. During the reception and observance of proper nutrition, weight began to decrease. Capsules are easy to swallow. Tasteless. The only negative in the price. The capsules in the jar are not enough for me. I need to take 4 a day. Click like, please.

I loved the taste. Mixing it with greek yoghurt and fresh berries or in my smoothies, it makes the taste absolutely decadent! I also noticed a difference in the texture of my skin, albeit slight, but as with anything , one needs to be taking a supplement for at least three months before any visible impact occurs! Quality is high. I am also happy as it includes all the necessary amino acids pertaining to exercise. I would definitely buy it again!

Stopped my post covid hair loss.

I have been buying this product from another source. My husband and I have been using it for 3-4 weeks. We put it in our coffee every morning. He likes cream in his coffee, and cant taste it. I like my coffee black, and it has a slight cream flavor, which I dont like, but it's not too bad. It is totally worth it for the results.I was losing hair by the handful, several times a day. It only took about a week to slow my hair loss. After three weeks my hair loss is back to normal. My husband says he has less joint pain. My fingernails are growing better than they have in years. The only question remains is why did it take so long for me to start using it?
