I bought the Galactic MIPS helmet under the impression that it had an adjustable venting system (which was clearly advertised. Wanna see pictures?), but to my dismay it did not. I was rather upset about this and filed a complaint with SPY, but there was no response about the matter. I even followed up a week or so later and still nothing. Helmet is still pretty good, hence bad rating. Seriously feel like I've been wronged as a customer, especially since this was part of an order of $323.

Goggles are awesome. They never fog up and are a very nice quality.

No update shipping, helmet just arrived which is fine. A month after the helmet arrived I was sent a shipping confirmation number/tracking number. Pretty useless but oh well I have the helmet. Two days after that email, I’ve been charged for two additional helmets. So now I have paid for three helmets and only wanted/have one helmet. Based on other reviews and my expoerence communication with this company is horrible so that is why there is a one star review.

100% would recommend this product.
Uncomfortable, no padding or cushion on the inside of the helmet. Is hard inside as the outer shell!
The helmet is comfortable, it fits well, and it protects my head very well while I ski. HOWEVER, I am still bummed that ALL of the black helmets were out of stock! I needed a helmet ASAP for a trip and the only Spy helmet available online that was in my size and wasn’t EXTREMELY colorful was the white one. And I don’t like to wear white! I felt obligated to buy a Spy Helmet because I get a discount through work and a helmet is just a helmet but still… kind of a bummer!
High quality kids helmet that I got on a great deal. Gotta do the MIPS for the kids, and I'm picky about the interior foam being covered by material and this one does that-no foam showing. It feels like great quality and the little dude loved the orange color.
Love the looks of this helmet, I have the men's version and bought this for my daughter... one of the only children's helmets I could find with a boa style adjustment for tightening which is why I chose this model...
Lens change system is easy to use while wearing gloves, the two lenses provide a nice range for a variety of light conditions. Field of view is larger than previous pairs I’ve owned which is great, too!
Bought this helmet last season. The brim fell of (it is interchangable). Have been trying to get a spare one since april, but all spy keeps on saying is 'get in touch with the distributor or shop where you bought it'.The distributor doesn't respond to the shop where I bought it, so back to spy. 'Unfortunatly you will have to arrange it through our distributor'.Never buying from spy or Bolle again.
