One of the best developments from square in my opinion. The square register is fantastic, however, it's best for a permanent set up and not a mobile option though it will still work. The customer facing screen shows the customer what they are buying and how much it will cost plus you can set it up with your logo. It's an amazing product but one warning, interference from a nearby WIFI hot spot or modem will make the device act as if it is not working properly. We found moving our WIFI modem about 4-5m away resolved this issue. It's a great permanent product for stores, food outlets and more. We use it in our food truck, and love it!!

This unit is good and does all that a point of sale should except transfers to bank accounts are painfully slow. Want Friday's take well wait until business hours Tuesday (maybe Monday night if your lucky). Unacceptable, even the Aussie banks work and transfer on weekends now. Our expensive terminal will likely now only be used as backup device.

Great performance - but not repairable A few months old and a dream to use until something breaks. Staff member knocked the screen onto the counter and broke the glass - then I learn from Square that spare screens aren't available and they don't have service centres for non-warranty support. Now we've had to buy a whole new register as you can't buy one without the accompanying customer facing display. Not good enough Square, I would recommend if you had service centres.
