I have found these heat packs great with milk flow and to relieve blocked ducts.They do lose the heart rather quickly (only last about 10 minutes). It would be good if they lasted a little longer. overall good product that I would recommend.

Quality is great, love that you can use them hot or cold. Really quick shipping as well
The perfect fit with nipple cut outs and thin enough to fit comfortably into my bra or crop top, these ice packs ease pain of growing breasts and the heat will be perfect to help with pumping or clearing blocked ducts. I wish I’d found these earlier on my breastfeeding journey!
Whilst I've not had to use the items yet I was very impressed with the shipping time, quality and service so far! I've only heard good things about the product so looking forward to using them on my post-partum journey!
