Stainless steel, perfect for the Australian harsh sun. Personally I was fed up with plastic pegs crumbling apart from the UV damage , also there's the environmental rubbish and production of them points there. These metal pegs will last many many years. So worth the initial cost.They have a solid grip on the clothes and line, which I wasn't in fact expecting. They don't get hot and heat up. ... but then I don't pull them off middle of the day.No more wooden peg stains on my clothes. Found the wood pegs to be the only ones that lasted more than part of a season to a season here in rural Oz.Going to buy more of them now, 1st purchase was a "let's see/ try" Going to ditch the plastic and wooden pegs now and replace all with these ones. A bit small but does the job well

Bought these as a sustainable alternative to plastic pegs for our clotheslines. They're slightly smaller than I expected but they appear to grip the clothing well and do a good job of keeping things on the line. So far, no problems with rust but we don't leave them out when clothes aren't drying.

D.Line Stainless Steel Clothes Pegs

I have recently purchased the D.Line Stainless Steel Clothes Pegs and have found them to be fantastic. Easy to use, strong and make my clothes look good hanging on the clothesline. I did find two of my pegs were joined together, so I emailed Hello Green to advise and Michael from Hello Green got back to me quickly and was lovely and efficient, he straight away organised with D.Line to send me two replacement pegs, which they did within the week. I am very impressed with both Hello Green and D.Line Stainless Steel Pegs.

Great for Aussie clothes lines

I had put off buying stainless steel pegs for a while because I heard they get hot in the sun. This certainly hasn’t been a problem and we love our new pegs! They will not disintegrate in the sun like plastic ones, or damage our clothes like the wooden ones. Winner!

Great pegs at great value!

Have been looking for stainless stell pegs that are good value for money and these are exactly that! Handy little bag too. So much better than any plastic or wooden ones. Just wish I bought more!

Love these pegs .. I almost don't mind hanging out the washing!

I was sick of buying cheap plastic pegs only to have them disintegrate. These stainless steel pegs are hopefully the last ones I ever have to buy. I bought 2 bags as we often have large loads of laundry, and I love them. Easy to handle and grip, and I know I'm not adding any more ****** plastic pegs to the bin.

Making life easier for my neighbour.

I actually bought these for my elderly neighbour. I have a set that I have had quite a long time and find them invaluable and easy to use. My neighbour was struggling with her plastic pegs so thought these would make life a bit easier for her and they definitely have. She can leave them on the line and they are much easier for her to open to clip her washing with. They also don't keep snapping that her old plastic ones were doing. They are fantastic for young and elderly, they make life easier and last so much better.

More for my collection

I recently added more of these pegs to my home collection as the smaller size is perfect for hanging out smalls (socks, panties, bras) and some lighter weight T-shirts and pants, etc. I use the larger pegs to hang out the heavy guys, such as towels, jeans, and even our linen sheets. While they don’t prevent clothing from ‘bunching’ up in windy conditions, I still prefer these to the environmentally unfriendly plastic option. The cute little bag could be an easy way to pack them into a caravan when going on holiday. I really do like these pegs, and will buy more.

Stainless pegs

I have had these pegs for 4 months. I leave them on the line. No signs of rust yet. If you live in a windy area or have heavy washing for some reason you want a larger peg but for normal condition these are fine.

Who knew pegs could be so exciting

I bought these pegs in 2 sizes for myself, my mum and my mother in law. I'm loving using them so far. I was getting so sick of my plastic pegs breaking. These are durable and hold the clothes well. My mum was really excited to receive hers, and I can't wait to gift some to my mother in law. I highly recommend switching to these pegs.
