Pros: sufficient thickness in the correct spots - heel and food pad (where socks usually wear out first); comfortable & snug - not too tight around the calf & perfect if you have slightly wider foot pad; warm - thicker than a typical dress sock; durable - they seem to wear well and don't pill or lose their colour.Cons: if you have a narrow foot, there is a bit of 'play' around the foot pad while wearing shoes or boots, but not enough to be annoying; the logo-dilemma - you have to match your socks so that you have the sock's logo on opposite sides of each sock (first-world problem for people with OCD); they are warm when you wear them in boots and leather shoes and can cause sweaty feet in warmer weather (they are a good three season sock).

These are absolutely great. I love the material feels comfortable and is just sweet with seamless feature. Really a big winner for my parents and myself this Christmas as gifts. Keeping the feet warm for sure! They're worth it.

Ordered a medium, I wear size 9.5 nikes, size 9 New Balance, 43 euro, these fit great! Stretch forward with comfy secure compression. Feels great. Try the other models if you're going for more cushioning. These aren't cushioned like some other tehcnical socks.

I don't normally get excited about socks... I mean... they're socks. But I was so impressed by these, that I'm even willing to write a review. At first sight, they seemed rather huge, but once I put them on, they turned out to be just the perfect size. They feel very comfortable, both in material feel, as well as fit. Hopefully they last as long as they are comfortable. Highly recommend!
I used to be a big advocate of Stance, it's all I would wear. They look great and who doesn't like that stance emblem, but they just get holes sooo fast. Admittedly, I do wear my socks a lottt, but I work a pretty chill office job at a clinic and exclusively wear Birkenstocks (not tennis shoes that would get a lot of friction). If they can't hold up with frequent use but little to no actual activity, I don't recommend them.
I bought several pairs of these to make them my regular, go-to sock. I cannot recommend these less. When stance first came on the scene I loved their socks but quality control must have gone out the window because I just spent $50+ on 5 pairs of grey crew socks and I got different shades of grey, different materials, even different stitching - and this is only from FIVE pairs. A few of them shrunk to the point I can’t even wear them anymore, whereas some still fit perfect, even though they’ve all been washed together in the same load every time. A few are a true, textured heather grey and some are just plain grey. A few have white, nice quality stitching, others have extremely cheap feeling and grey stitching. These socks are my 365's. I love them. They can be a bit snug at first but wear in nicely. My use is daily, work, home, travel and mtn biking. I use the black, grey, and other neutral Color's daily. I wear my more unique pairs rarely. The daily use Color's last me 9 to 12 months and more unique Color's last 15 - 24 months as I do not wear them as often.Stance are the best socks on the market.I wish Stance would offer more pairs or more value in the multi packs. Maybe even a mix and match selection option.
I've been wearing Stance socks for about 6 years. Bought these recently and the quality has steadily gone downhill. They are thinner and less soft than before. I think there have been series of downgrades in quality. They are expensive and previous pairs do not last very long but they were so comfortable that bought them anyway. Maybe the new blend is less comfortable but will last longer. Time will tell. Prefer the comfort factor with higher cotton content and probably won't buy again. Also, the they are longer than they used to be which is also a drawback.
I needed all new socks. Plain, navy every day socks. I saw these on Facebook and they weren't a fortune so I ordered eight pair. Arrived as I was packing for a trip and through them in without trying them on. They're great. Came and washed them - even better. Love these socks.
