Lovely hammer with a comfortable grip, it is well balanced and you get get a nice accurate powerful swing with no recoil through the handle as its antivibe. The only downfall is that the claw angles down tight leaving not much length across the head which can result in it falling out of the hoop in a tool pouch but for some reason it doesn't seem to happen nowhere near as much if you turn it backwards in the hoop, don't ask my why as I don't have a clue why but just be aware. Personally I prefer this to the popular estwing.

Superb anti vibe hammer, protected my wrist and elbow (previous injuries) where others have aggravated them. Face has chipped slightly but it was under constant heavy use. My go to hammer for any extended usage. Cheaper alternatives will do the work but your joints will suffer over time with impact shock. A well worth investment.
Not much to say really accept that it's a hammer and does its job. Does it live up to all the sales spiel? Who would really notice? Not me. I do, however, like how it feels and looks.

I'm still hoping to find my traditional hickory handle hammer bought over 40 years ago but this hammer is lovely, feels good, lovely grip, great weight.
It's comfortable and easy to use. Had a few hammers recently but they all seemed cheaply made. This is by far the best quality one I've had.
Well weighted with a comfortable grip, does the jobs well, as expected from Stanley.I would recommend this product.
