The puzzle box was not sealed, nor were the puzzle piece in a plastic bag. A few pieces of the puzzle are slightly frayed and we are “missing” an outside piece. This might show up yet as we aren’t finished with the puzzle. I will update my reviewed once we are finished with the puzzle, but from the way it looks so far we received a used puzzle. Frustrating for how much we spent.
