Starmark Swing & Fling Durafoam Dog Fetch Ball Medium

We found the StarMark Swing n Fling ball absolutely great! Our dog Leo (who is a Boarder Collie) loves it. He plays with it in the river, beach and backyard. The bright colours make it easy for both him and I to see in the wateror grass, it floats all the time (unlike tennis balls that have been chewed to many times), the attaché rope means you can throw it a twice the distance of one of the standard tennis ball stick chucking things, and your dog is able to find it even when it gets coated in sand! If you want to give yourself and your dog a great workout then get this toy, our dog loves it so much he even sleeps next to it. It is durable and a great price too. 10 out of 10.

Great concept but not as rugged as Ruffwear toys. It is enjoyed immensely by our labrador. They say it bounces but it is too light to bounce especially with the rope hanging of it. It floats beautifully so we mostly use it in the water where it is a real hit.

Best Ball For The Buck

I use the Starmark Swing n' Fling for daily ball drive training with my 80 lb., GSD Police K-9 partner. It is used as a ball drive toy, tug and reward toy. It receives heavy use throughout the day while on duty and off. The softer material allows for a good grip during tug training and games and allows my partner to hold it better than harder balls. I typically go through two of these per year under very heavy use. The biggest wear point being from the rope eventually tearing through from heavy tug games. At the price of these balls I wouldn't care if I went through a dozen a year. I highly recommend this product over all others and in my career I have pretty much tried them all. -

Great park toy

My adolescent is loving this toy for the park. It’s very light weight, and easily hangs on my treat pouch belt when not in use. He is a water lover too, so this has been a great option for us.

Great training tool

I train working dogs (German Shepherds/Belgian Malinois) and use these balls as rewards when training. I like using balls on rope and these are nice for use in water as they float and are highly visable. The only drawback is they do need to be replaced more frequently then the rubber balls I use as some of my dogs really dig their teeth in and can sometimes get the stuck (for a very hard biting dog). That being said, for the average pet dog just needing an occasional retrieve toy I highly doubt you'd need to replace them as often as I do (about every 4 months). One needs to realize this is a RETRIEVING toy - not one you leave with your dog to play with by itself as most dogs will probably chew the rope off or could possibly chew pieces of the rubber off.

Large swing & fling foam ball.

Great water and land ball. Foam ball and rope is indestructible for a medium to hard core chewer, we have a Smooth Haired Fox Terrier. The yellow tape requires reinforcing from time to time to prevent rope fraying and it gets chewed. Large size is perfect for our dog and we have previously bought this product. We only loose them in strong water currents, hence we keep replacing them! Our dog knows it's swim time when the yellow ball comes out!

So much fun!

My puppy loves this toy, we play with it both indoors and out. He drags it by the lead everywhere with him. It’s lightweight and bright. Only downside is the yellow covering over the cable is this rubber and he’s already chewed that off. But the cable is stitched so it’s still useable.

Starmark Swing and Fling Foam ball Dog Toy

Recommended to me by a friend as a training aid for my GSD pup. I was really impressed with these toys...they are easy to throw quite a distance and fit nicely under my clothes..my boy finds them very exciting (which is what I wanted to achieve!) and they are durable, yet gentle on his mouth. I don't let him play with these unless we are interacting but they seem very well made and strong when used as a tug-toy reward...easy to clean and float in the sea! Highly recommended for interactive play

Swing & Fling foam ball

My dog loves the swing & fling ball and it motivates her to do anything. It’s great to tug with and easy to throw. It’s also nice and soft to catch.
