First I must say that I am A vine reviewer and I received this cable free as part of the vine program. The vine program was designed to generate review's of new products at Home Essentials Direct. I needed an extra lighting to USA A cable and I gabbed this one. I actually got the wrong length version, I picked the 12" and got the 3" but it works fine and does the job. Its well made and I expect to get some good use out it it. I can recommend.

I bought this to connect Apple Car play in my car, the USB outlet in my car is in the center console making this short cable perfect, no extra wire but just enough. Other cables wouldn't work connecting my Apple Car Play, this one works Great!

I love these little cables! I usually keep them permanently attached to a portable power bank. I never want to have a long cable attached and thats the best use for these little short cables. And the quality is fantastic too. Ive had to startech cables before and they usually last a long time

I received the shortest 1-foot cable ever made. It measures a mere 6 inches tip to tip. Does it work as intended? Yes, it appears to both conduct electrons for charging and information for use with an iPhone. This cable is going to live in my car where it provides a connection for Apple play. I would have preferred the 1-foot cable, but six inches will probably be ok. We'll see if size matters. I suspect it does because I will need to be able to secure the phone in a nearby slot. Since this is a cable acquired in exchange for an honest review, all I can say is that the cable works well and appears to be rugged and well made as described. Interestingly, the Home Essentials Direct website lists 1 foot as the shortest cable available. It must have shrunk in the mail.
It's a really sturdy short cable. It seems like it would take some abuse, and I've had no issues with it in my first month.. The pricing is all over the place so make sure you look at all the lengths. 15cm is basically 6 inches. 30cm is 1 foot. 1m is 3 feet. 2m is 6 feet. I'm buying more of these right now!

My husband has gone through too many cords to count. This has lasted the longest so far.
These only look flimsy, they are really well-made and will hold up to some abuse. I was quite impressed with the build quality of a non-braided charging cable and decided to put it to the ultimate test and use it in my car... where countless Apple-branded cables have gone to die. It's still working just fine a few months later. 5 stars!
Was supposed to get the 30cm and ended up with a 15cm but oh well, I got it to plug into my car so it kind of works out. It is a pretty good feeling cord, it bends nicely but still stiff feeling. Works as expected. Depending on the every changing prices in cords, this is one you won't feel bad about getting.
