Love these cocottes. Recently purchase an even dozen to use at a dinner party we were having. French Onion Soup was the appetizer, and I pulled them straight from the oven and served them directly to my guests. Truly the highlight of the meal. The cocottes are beautiful, and kept everything nice and hot. Also appreciate the fact I was able to broil the gruyere topping without any worries because Staub can withstand high temperatures. Will definitely be using these again and again.

My Staub mini cocottes are first of all, very attractive and so they look great on my table.I love making large batches of food like baked ziti, creme brulee, mac and cheese, as well as cobblers of all kinds. Since the cocotte can go from freezer to oven, I can make a dish a day or so early, freeze it and then pop it in the oven right before my guests are due for dinner. Durable and easy to clean. A great product from a great company.

First time, I wasn’t sure about this product because it was too small and price is kind of high , but. After delivery i was felling in love with this beautiful mini cocotte.It is very small, but it is useful for many occasions, even more, you can use both oven and stove , and if you put hot ingredients inside it keeps really warm…I was totally satisfied with this item.Now I want all color collection. Lol,,,
I could use this to bake and serve dessert in. I could also use this to roast a tomato with my special topping, or to make an individual fondue portion. I have on one occasion made truffled potatoes. But right now,they are holding salts and paperclips. I just like to enjoy them as they are. The brilliant enameled Majolica finished colors add a bit of color to my very neutral environment so they are out where I can enjoy them. Plus they are all there when it's time for me to cook for a crowd.

My husband bought me a mini cocotte after I saw one on instagram and loved it, now I’m obsessed and bought 3 more to make a set! They’re great for small desserts, soups, serving dips, garlic confit, etc. I wish there were more recipes out there dedicated for the mini cocottes given their popularity but that’s not a knock on this at all, it’s great for its intended purpose. They’re a cute and useful addition to the kitchen.
I received these mini round cocottes as a wedding present and love the look but also the function. I've made a dutch baby in our air fryer / toaster oven and plan on making a lot of tasty treats in the future. I will say that they were smaller than I anticipated but you can also use them as salt/pepper storage and keep them displayed all year round.
This little pot is made exactly the same as my 5.5 quart, except in an adorable, single serving size. Individually enameled, same durable black matte inside and self basting lid. Because cast iron holds its temperature so well, these are making for making indivdual dishes. Nothing makes someone feel more special than their own serving of a mac or cheese or au gratin potato. But my very favorite thing to bake in these are molten chocolate cakes. They come out perfect everytime and I love how they stay warm for my guests.
