I love everything Staub, but this is the cutest covered baking dish! I love the matte black, it is my favorite and the color most of my Staub pieces are. This is great for warm dips and single servings for a gathering or potluck. They go from the oven to the table and look great doing it! Easy to clean as well with the black enamel finish!

I love that this small cast iron vessel has a lid because it makes for a great presentation on my table. This little baker is great for those cheesy dips and I love that it has a lid making it easier to bring to pot lucks and dinner parties and the cast iron keeps my dip hot even in transit so no need to warm up when I arrive. Staub cast iron has such a great feel you can feel and see the quality. It heats evenly and cleans up easily.
