This product is easy to use and set up. Our water is looking and tasting a lot better than it was straight from the tap and we can see the rusty colour of the water has been removed. Half of the purifier is actually plastic, not porcelain, we did not see this advertised in the marketing so thought we should point it out for anyone wanting to investigate further into non plastic options

I purchased this Stefani because our previous one (bought in 2007) cracked while moving house. It is a good size for two people and does not take up a lot of bench space.

The product seems good and works well once set up but I have to say it was a bit of a headache to align the tap and "washers" to avoid any leakage when the tap is used so I'm not looking forward to cleaning those parts. We used to boil our tap water prior to buying this so it's definitely an improvement, much faster. Looks pretty good as wel.
I bought this online about a month ago. Whilst easy to order, when the product arrived it had already been opened, the plastic bucket inside was scratched. I arranged for a replacement and the tap was missing from that one. Bunnings kindly provided another tap. The tap is not easy to attach and the first time I tried to use it it leaked. With a bit of fiddling we managed to stop the leaking tap. With regards to the filters, they are also difficult to attach properly (probably because the holes cut into the plastic bucket are not accurately placed and slightly too big). It took a while to fit both of the filters correctly and then one of them was filtering too quickly (3litres in a couple of minutes). Overall I’m not too confident in the product but it does take away ... MoreI bought this online about a month ago. Very happy sits on the sink and the water tastes great. I had to buy a float otherwise it would overfill and leak onto the bench but once that was put in no worries at all. Recommend.
Great quality and price, came with the ceramic filters which is a bonus. I had another Stefani for many years but unfortunately broke the the lid. The lid on my new one is much better and very user friendly. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this product.
Fantastic! The twin candles are super quick filtering and it looks great. The point lost is purely personal, there is 2 grommets for the tap, make sure the most circular one is on the outside and use a little vasaline or oil to create a seal otherwise it will drip and destroy any particle board cabinetry it comes in contact with. Just sayin...
Reasonable good quality porcelain having good tap and filter seals. A stainless steal inner filter bucket would give 5 stars but it's plastic. Never mind the filtration speed is very good. The filter mounting holes are over sized so care to center when tightening down; Same with the water tap.
looks nice. plastic bucket inside that doesn't fit ultraceram water filter candles. didn't use it, just returned it.
