I have been wearing these boxes for a little while now, obviously clean each day!I have to say they are absolutely brilliant, I can't praise them enough. They are so comfortable and you don't even know you have them on half the time.I would hundred percent recommend you give them a try I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. My only observation is maybe a little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for time will tell how well they were long-term! But I'm sure there will be feedback in the future about how long they last, and under strenuous exercise etc.Plus, they look quite flashy, smart and well put together.

The reduced number of seams on the trunks is good though there is an extra crescent shaped seam under the waist elastic at the back which largely negates the reduction in irritation. The seam on the waist elastic is frankly wonderful, but the others are definitely not. In particular, the seams around the "pouch" are just awful. The actual waist elastic is just too strong and feels like wearing a belt. FWIW true "knicker elastic" is actually quite weak so as your body changes diameter over the day the underwear does not become uncomfortable. I would not like to wear these trunks on a flight for example.Moisture control in the groin area is no better than my cheap and cheerful (Tesco) cotton trunks. The overall "quality" is very good the problem is the design that ... MoreThe reduced number of seams on the trunks is good though there is an extra crescent shaped seam under the waist elastic at the back which largely negates the reduction in irritation. The seam on the waist elastic is frankly wonderful, but the others are definitely not. The inside leg panel goes loose changes shape, wrinkles on some pairs more quicker than others, for the price I think they should last longer. Still over all the best make off boxer briefs I’ve ever worn all I wear now is stepone. I’ve went from an XL to L and don’t like the thickness off the waste band on the L, it’s to thick for me and rolls over under belly. The XL waste band is perfectly sized and has a bit more give. If it wasn’t for the 15 pairs for £104.61 deal a few times a year wouldn’t have a pair off these as they’re out my price range. They’ve changed my life as you can see from my orders I’m a regular customer as soon as there’s a deal I always grab them. I THANK you for having these clearance sales as I would’ve never had the chance to try them and ... MoreThe inside leg panel goes loose changes shape, wrinkles on some pairs more quicker than others, for the price I think they should last longer. Will change out older pairs when deals come round keep that opportunity as it’s brings in people like myself and family.

Overall, I have purchased around 15 of the Step One trunks in the past 3 years.I still have and wear the ones from 3 years ago. They're probably the most comfortable underwear I've worn around the legs, butt and frontal region. But I have to say that unless you have a washboard stomach, the waste band will be uncomfortable at times.Having the daddy gut that I do, the front part of the waste band rolls up and bunches, making it uncomfortable and giving you the need to adjust it every now and thenThe main reason I haven't switched to another underwear, is that I've found the same issue with all that I've tried. But as I said earlier, everything from the waste band down is perfection. It really does feel like you're not wearing any underwear at all.It also cradles ... MoreOverall, I have purchased around 15 of the Step One trunks in the past 3 years.I still have and wear the ones from 3 years ago. It really does feel like you're not wearing any underwear at all.It also cradles the valuables really well too.
This is ridiculous! I was looking to purchase 4 pairs and get 4 free.According to your website, I would be paying $16.50ea which should make the total $66 for 8 pairs. I added the 4 to my cart and the total kept going up as I added the extra 4 items. It turns out they are $33 a pair, not $16.50. This is false advertising because I can't see anywhere when I click on an item that the price is $33. This is a shame because over the years I have accumulated quite a few pairs, but I can't bring myself to pay for the 8 items in my cart. I feel ripped off!
Been struggling to convince my self to buy something other than the Australian staple underwear brand. How much better could the alternatives really be. Just underwear right?Well finally decided to finally try some stepone's.They are super comfy over the trunks i use to be wearing. Don't get that uncomfortable feeling when walking in hot weather. They stay where they are supposed to, and i feel soo much dryer and cooler.Still early days, but so far, I would recommend people give them a go.
I used to love this underwear. I have so many pairs. It’s comfortable, in all aspects and all places. But thing seemed to have changed lately, in the last year or so I’d say.The quality of my most recent pairs seemed to have dropped off, and quite a bit.Holes appearing after minimal wear and washes (I have always worn, washed, and dried all of my StepOnes the same way for years – cold, gentle, line dry). This is often a few wears only because I would wear each pair less than once a month given the amount that I have. The waistband also seems of declining quality too. It folds more, stretches a bit unseemingly, and feels like it’ll fail quicker. The sizing as well appears all over the place. Have a look at some of the pictures. They are all the same size and type of StepOnes (colour is different of course). They were purchased at the same time. Yet, the sizes of all of them are totally different, some significantly different. The consistency is so poor now.Hence, this affects ride-up, and therefore the comfort levels quite a bit, much so much that they’re not the 5-star underwear they used to be.Unfortunately, I can mostly tell which StepOnes I am wearing (my older ones, or my newer ones), due to this, without even looking at the tag/number. I don’t feel like I am wearing something that is worth $17+…Judging from final product, it’s quite sad that this company, as it gets more consumers, seems to have majorly let go of their quality control.
This is my second review on these. My husband loves them so much they are the only ones he wears now. The one on the left is from new this Christmas the one on the right is over two years old(3 father's days ago) we bought the 15 pairs deal each time after the first pair purchase to check sizing. As you can see the elastic is starting to perish as I expect it would after that many wears. They have slight fading due to wear and drying in the hot Mildura sun but overall no noticeable shrinkage or creased elastic(it helps to shake them after washing before hanging up as the spin cycle in the machine does crease the elastic). They have slight fading due to wear and drying in the hot Mildura sun but overall no noticeable shrinkage or creased elastic(it helps to shake them after washing before hanging up as the spin cycle in the machine does crease the elastic). My husband used to scratch holes in his boxers and he no longer itches and creates holes since wearing these, no more constantly pulling his undies out off his crack. They are a firm fitted garment and are not designed to be loose in any way. He says "they really accentuate my package" followed by "bit misleading like I'm false advertising". He is a Police Officer so works long days wearing heavy equipment, has to run after and restrain people and sometimes sit for long periods of time in a hot vehicle, so these have stopped him getting heat rash from sweating and chafing. But in all seriousness he LOVES these undies and has worn them to death, we've had to throw out two pairs from our original purchase but most of them are only showing these slight signs of coming to their end of life cycle. Also do not wear these swimming, the two pairs we had to throw out were the ones that were worn in the pool so I suspect the chlorine did them in. People need to be realistic about how long they expect underwear to last. CK and Bonds do not last anywhere near as long as these ones have, do not fit in the same way at all and are made from completely different fabrics so cannot be compared with these boxer shorts, we used to go through so many pairs of them it was a joke. You need to measure the person intended to wear these and choose based on the recommendations on the website, sizing is true to size but different from other brands, hubby was a small to medium in other brands and is a small in these. As a bonus we no longer get holes from scratching his crack because that has literally stopped so they are laying much longer than other underwear he used to wear.
The trunks are well made, very comfortable and are great if you want to be snug. However the price is a major put off. They are made in China and the cost if production would only be marginally more than cotton ones. The margin you guys must put on this clothing must be extremally high .Great for the sellers bottom line but very off putting for the purchaser ,as I assume a lot of people would prefer to buy them in packs of 6 .Not withstanding the above I will probably purchase 4 or 6 more, as I am able to afford them. I feel that the quantum of sales would rise considerably if the price point was more reasonable and in line with expectation of the buyers. On a price to comfort basis these trunks are hard to justify thus limiting your potential sales markedly
