I received this sample box of stevia in the raw in exchange for my review from Influenster. I’m super sad this is not good. I had high hopes because o LOVE sugar in the raw. Unfortunately this is not the same. It’s cloyingly sweet. Like make you gag a bit of sweet. Also I know it’s stevia and a plant based but there is a gross aftertaste that reminds me of a chemical sweetener. It’s not pleasant. I’m fortunate to have tried it, but am disappointed in the flavor. I’ll stick you sugar in the raw

I recieved this product for free from Stevia and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I was actually really excited I recieved this product. I always get my coffee at Dunkin but I like to add my own sugar because they almost always add too much. I usually just grab a couple sugar packets on my way out and add enough till I'm happy with how my coffee tastes. These are an awesome substitute for sugar in my coffee, there's no difference in taste. My only problem is that the packets are very tiny and I would have to use a lot of them to adjust my coffee the way I want is so it wouldn't be worth it in the long run for me. I don't plan on buying this product in the future but I'm happy I had the chance to try it.

I believe that Stevia is a wonderful product. It really is a great alternative to other sugars, especially for those who want to stick to a natural sugar, but also are watching their calorie count. However, I personally cannot get past the taste this adds to drinks and foods. It’s too strong for me, and it wasted a lot of food and drink to figure out just how much is enough. Less than half of a packet is plenty for me in terms of sweetness, but it still doesn’t fix the issue of taste. Still, for those who maybe need something that doesn’t effect blood sugar levels and aids with weight management and loss, I’m glad that this is here to help them.

I love the idea of Stevia. I like that it comes into individual single serve ready to use packaging. I love the packaging because if you are on the go this is a great product to keep in your bag. While I think it tastes better than Sweet n Low and/or Equal, I can taste this is not real sugar. So for me, it is a pass. But, I think I will purchase this for those friends that come over and want something sweet for their coffee/tea and cannot do sugar because they are a diabetic.
I tried the Stevia in the raw sweetener in my coffee this morning and it tasted so good! Ever since I began my calorie deficit, I have been looking for low to no calorie sweetener options but they never taste good to put it plainly. There is always a weird or artificial taste to zero calorie sweeteners that l've tried in the past. But this one did not taste artificial or did not alter the taste of my coffee in any way. It added a nice sweetness but was not too overpowering. Will be purchasing this again!
It’s okay but I still taste that weird artificial sweetener flavor in there. I may have innate aversion to it because most people don’t even notice the after taste, much less taste it. Like some people have a gene that makes them adverse to cilantro? That type of thing. I’ve never been a consumer of “diet” drinks or Splenda, aspartame, etc. This stuff is worth a try if you already use any kind of sugar derivative.
Stevia In The Raw is a fantastic sugar substitute! It's great in liquids such as coffee & tea & it's great on cereal. But the best thing about it is how well it can replace sugar in recipes ie cakes & pies. My husband of 30 years is a diabetic & I have made it a lifelong mission to find perfect or near perfect substitutions for sugar & foods made with sugar. It was a great day for sugar restricted people when this product became available. Thanks for sample #Sampler & thank you #SteviaInTheRaw
This is a great product, better for your health than sugar. Stevia is used in my home often in everyday things like coffee, also for cooking. I have used for pie recipes at the holidays & no one can tell it's not sugar!! There's no nasty after taste, like other products. Stevia is easily available in stores as well! I would recommend to anyone or any family to use Stevia instead of harmful, unhealthy sugar.
This product was great. I also enjoyed the fact that a pamphlet came along with it allowing me to discover the other varieties. I believe it is amazing how healthy this product is in comparison to the other brands at the store. In addition, the flavor was very good and a little bit went a long way. I will certainly be trying the other options this brand had in the future!
Zero calorie sweetners have a bad reputation for not tasting very good. I was hesitant to try Stevia In The Raw. I didn't want to waste money on yet another bad tasting product, however, I was pleasantly surprised to discover what a great tasting product this is. Just like sugar with no bad after taste and it's not bad for you. Used in coffee, cookie dough, tea, and even on fruit. It's a great product. Zero calorie, vegan, gluten free, and worth the price.
