I box at home and have used hand wraps for a while. I stopped because it just takes so long to put on full wraps but then my hands and wrists starting getting sore. I bought these as a test and i absolutely love them. They are so quick to put on and they really protect my hands. If you want good protection but don't have the time or knowledge on how to apply full wraps then i recommend these. I am very happy and use them all the time.

These glove inserts are fantastic!! They offer ease of putting on quickly with the comfort of knuckle/hand protection/cushioning. They don’t allow movement within the glove when punching which causes friction and skin irritation/loss. These will certainly be my choice of Christmas gifts to my gym buddies.

This wrap is the best. The fingers are separated, padded, and the wrap itself is very long. I bought this for my son and we've had different brands before. Totally satisfied with these.
