We are highly impressed with the quality of these pots and pans. We are finding it pleasurable to cook with them, food is cooking equally and not sticking which we love. We’re also loving the matte black, we think it looks quite classy.We wish we ordered more when we did but we definitely will order more in the future. Seriously so happy with these. Highly recommend.

Wished I took a photo of the set when opened. The package came in such a huge box. Hands down the best pots and pans! I initially bought a frying pan from this exact set as a gift for my partners parents about 6 months ago, and it has been great to cook anything in, whether that’s sticky foods, steaks etc and it’s non stick and food cooks evenly just as described. Some foods leave small residue after cooking but after a few washes it comes off just as new. No discolouration other than the exterior bottom part of some pans used which is normal from heating. I had to purchase the whole set of course, this has been the best purchase I’ve made on cookware that’s top quality!

Couldn’t be happier with this quality product it’s the perfect weight and size. Cooks everything amazingly my food didn’t stick at all ( I have a newborn so things should have been stuck for how long it cooked for) but seriously very impressed with the product. Happy costumer

Have had these pans for 2 months and absolutely everything sticks to them. Please save yourself and do not buy these. Customer service are impossible to get ahold of. Only silver lining is the free knife set that came with them. Save yourself $500 and buy a few kmart pans, surely they will last more than 8 weeks.
Pans do not stick at all. Eggs, pancakes, and chicken have all been cooked using a tiny swipe of oil on a paper towel. The food is fresh and tasty. The handles stay cool and are comfortable to use.
Excellent service by Bunnings.Unless I’m using this cookware wrong I can’t say it’s oil free cooking as it claims to be or that it’s non stick (yes I followed the guidelines in the booklet). Anything with a marinade on the saucepan requires some intense scrubbing. As I mentioned maybe I’m using it wrong. The original price for this was $2000. Definitely not worth that. One thing I did like was that they weighed less than your standard cookware which is handy for a small person like me.
On opening the box of my new cookware I noticed that a number of the pots had been used. And some had been burnt.This was raised immediately with customer service who replaced the items. This still didn’t alleviate the embarrassment as this was a gift.
I love Baccarat cookware, always have. Only issue I have is that I thought I cook mash my potatoes with my metal masher (as plastic ones do NOT do a good job) and now I'll have to transfer to another bowl just so I don't void my warranty and risk scratching my new pans. Annoying.They seem to be working well other than that.
So far, so good. I got this set as I installed an induction cooktop and needed new, suitable cookware. The pans move a round on the induction surface a bit when stirring, etc, but otherwise I'm delighted with the finish, feel and range of the set.

After 2-3 weeks of general use, following the instructions and suggestions that come with the set, I found the non-stick surface no longer working. I returned the large frying pan back to House, to which they replaced it and advised that the Baccarat guidelines of no oil needed was false and indeed I need Vegetable Oil (I had been using Olive Oil). Several weeks later, again found the non-stick surface has deteriorated and all food sticking to it no matter the amount of oil or prep performed. I have contact Baccarat and their reply was "based on my considerable knowledge of non-stick and as far as I can see, there is no defect with the plates" and they then blamed it on using a Dishwasher.
