I use this product whenever I have a sore throat. It is so soothing and it helps that it tastes really nice. It nicely numbs the throat and helps you to forget about it for a while!

I sing at a pub session and with a band. My voice isnt the greatest and has a very limited range, so I frequently have to push it a bit to get some notes. I have recently joined a choir after an absence from choral singing of 40years and I found my voice was rasping and an itchy cough transpired after only a few songs. I was drinking plenty of water which only helped the problem for a few minutes. I spoke to a member of the choir who advised me to try Vocalzone. Good for sore throats

These Extra ones (Im sure they used to be called Max?) are great when you have a really sore throat, the anaesthetic bit in them does a good job of numbing things. Very useful in the middle of the night when you need to get back to sleep.

Local anaesthetic

I love that this cough drop contains a local anaesthetic. My throat was so sore and swollen that it felt like shards of glass and razor blades were stuck inside. I followed the instructions to let the drop dissolve slowly in the mouth and almost immediately I began to feel some relief. I continue to take one every 2-3 hrs and it does make my tongue tingle,but it works. The taste makes the experience so much better. Just try it for yourself.

Save your £££

I bought this because the packaging said 'EXTRA' and I thought it would be strong. However, I would give this zero if I could. It does absolutely nothing to soothe your throat. And it makes your tongue feel all weird too. I thought maybe it's just me so I decided to check what my husband thought of it and it turns out he had the exact same opinion.There are much better alternates that will give you pain relief instantly and will be cheaper too.

Since I tested positive for Covid in mid August 22 and again in mid October, I have had regular coughing fits; it's like I'm always trying to clear my throat. Drinking water doesn't help. Expensive cough mixtures never help. One day in the supermarket I saw Srepsils and for the sake of about 3 for a pack of 16 I gave them a go and they worked. They don't stop me starting to cough but they do soothe my throat and stop the coughing on most occasions.
