These really do what they claim. I nearly didnt buy them bc honestly id gound the ad so annoying (dumb reason to not buy something i know) but thankfully I grabbed a pkt & these really helped to not only relieve my cough bear instantly, but they also helped to ease my sore throat. Will def buy these again! Highly recommend
