I am really loving the strivectin-super-c-retinol-brighten--correct-vitamin-c-serum-deluxe . It comes in a glass dropper and you use 1-3 drops in the morning and evening. Let me tell you, it smells absolutely incredible! When I used it, It instantly brightened my skin a LOT and made it feel tighter, but not in a bad way. It contains Vitamin C and Retinol which help to brighten your skin and even out your skin tone. They visibly firm your skin and smooth fine lines as well. My skin is mature with fine lines, very dry, and prone to acne breakouts. As instructed I placed three or four drops in my hand and applied it to my face. I started using the StriVectin Super C Retinol Serum 8 months ago every morning and evening. It's reduced fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes to the point where I stopped getting botox shots. I've been doing anti-aging regimens since my late 20s, thanks to working directly with beauty companies, and this, hands -down, is my favorite product. I've also had facials - glycolic, salicylic - to remove fine lines and brighten my skin, but haven't had this result. I don't wear foundation or any corrective makeup anymore. Actually removed fine lines.

I bought a travel size of this for fun. I typically avoid high end skin care stuff, but I heard good things about this and wasn't noticing a difference with the retinol, niacin and vitamin C serums I tried from The Ordinary. I have been using a couple drops of this 2 times per day for 3 weeks. The results have been very noticeable to me. I'm 30 and have mild fine lines, and this has pretty much erased the one between my brows as well as my smile lines. My acne scarring is also a lot less noticeable. I've been using anti-aging products in my routine for about 5 years and really haven't seen any comparable results. My skin is dry and acne prone (I get hormonal cystic acne). It's non-irritating, not sticky, it layers perfectly under any moisturizer and under makeup. I genuinely enjoy using this daily on my skin. Retinols usually make my skin freak out, but my skin likes this one. Now the Cons: really did not notice any difference after 3 months. It may be more beneficial for someone with different skin, but I really notice zero difference with my skins appearance. With the latest rage being all about retinoids/vitamin C serums, I may try it again. This product is AMAZING, BUT there is a caveat. Often times when I buy this product it seems spoiled, like how vitamin C can go bad if not kept correctly. The product should be a light orangey color, but when it's gone off it's a darker orange. I've used this for years and return it before I even walk out of the store most times because I know to check to see if it is bad/old/whatever is going on with it. If you do get a good bottle, you'll be writing a great review, trust me. But if I got my first bottle or two and it was sticky and smelled odd, and didn't do what others claimed it would, of course I would be skeptical too. 75% of the bottles I buy, whether Sephora or Ulta, are always bad.
