I received two pair of used StyleCraft Saber Cordless Professional Hair Trimmers. Imagine opening the Macys box and the items that you ordered were not wrapped in plastic and the clippers were already oiled up. Clearly these items were used prior to me and they were supposed to be brand new. Let me clarify, this is my second order of these trimmers. The first pair was already used with clipper oil on them when I got them so I returned them. I reordered another pair and they too arrived used with oil on the clipper blade. I am absolutely disappointed in this product.

I ordered this product expecting as any customer would to be new. The box had been ripped open my previous buyer and there was no seal. There was no indication upon purchase i would have received a used product and i did not receive a discount. I paid full price of $251! Also when I opened the clippers to further inspect the clippers had hair on it. After this horrible experience, I do not recommend purchasing any product from this supplier.
I like them better than the Babyliss Skelton so far. The shape and weight distribution is perfect and the blade cuts smooth and precise, but they are still new.
