Sudafed PE Sinus Day & Night 48 Tablets provide relief from nasal congestion, sinus pressure, and headaches when taken as directed. The combination of day and night formulations gives flexibility for up to 24 hours of relief from sinus symptoms. Day tablets offer fast relief from sinus congestion and pressure, plus headaches, while night tablets provide relief from sinus congestion, pressure, itchy, and runny nose so you can get the rest you need. Key features include non-drowsy day time tablets and antihistamine-boosted night time tablets for relief of itchy/runny nose. The product also offers relief from pain and fever and is free from lactose, gluten, alcohol, and saccharin sodium. Adults and children 12 years and over should take 2 day tablets every 4-6 hours and 2 night tablets in the evening at bedtime as necessary, with a maximum of 6 day and 2 night tablets in 24 hours.
