Sukin Blemish Control Spot Banishing Gel 15 ml

I was super excited to try Sukin Blemish Control Spot Banishing Gel, but unfortunately I found it didn’t give me the results I was hoping for. The product itself is thick and is of almost creamy consistency and to me it doesn’t smell too strongly of anything. I have had combination/oily/blemish prone skin since I was a teenager and I used this on one particularly nasty spot for a few days but was disappointed with the lack of results.\nPossibly the other ‘spot treatments’ I have in my bathroom cupboard are much stronger and of more potent ingredients (ie. A fantastic treatment for blemishes! The Sukin Blemish Control Spot Treatment had a gel formula and smelt of eucalyptus and tea tree oil. This spread onto the skin with ease and did not feel thick or sticky. A few minutes after application, it would dry down matte which would help to drastically decrease oil production on my skin surface. It effectively treated the acne on my skin, it is now smooth and healing well. It definitely made a significant improvement as blemishes would disappear by the end of the day and it greatly prevented any new blemishes from occurring. However, after using the gel regularly over a couple of days I fell in love. The gel itself isn't too thick or tacky and absorbs into the skin quickly. As Sukin uses all natural ingredients I didn't have to worry about any harsh chemicals that would be harming and drying to my skin. My (very large and 'angry’) blemishes around my nose and chin got considerably smaller with each use. I find it to be very convenient and easy to use because I can take it with me wherever I go. The product is a very thin liquid that contains ingredients including salicylic acid which is great for acne and willowherb. It does have an earthy scent which I don't mind as it's not overpowering. Amazing Product

I absolutely love this product. I don't often get pimples but when I do I tend to get those deep under skin pimples that really hurt. I have a bad habit of trying to pop them and it never works out well, I'm always left with really sore skin and terrible red marks. I decided to give this product a try and wow, I loved it. Within 2 days it cleared up the terrible red spots and dried it out. 10/10 from me. I've never used this brand before but I'm keen to try other products in this brand because of the amazing results I've gotten from this one.

First time using this gel, was skeptical as have had poor products in the past but this is incredible! Have had really bad hormonal acne for the past couple weeks but after one evening applying this I can already see a notable difference. You don't get a lot in the tube and it comes out fast but it's great and I'll definitely be buying again. My skin is dry but very acne prone and this was great - no flaky dry skin after using.

Gentle and Effective.

I don't have breakouts very often - one of the benefits of ageing! However after trying a new serum I had a sore and nasty looking pimple on the end of my nose. Sukin is a brand I trust so I bought this. I was limited in what I could get at the time. It was extremely effective, and worked quickly. I have super sensitive skin but had no adverse reaction to this. Pleasant to use with the aloe vera I didn't need to use it for very long before the pimple had gone, leaving no scaring. I have no hesitation in recommending this. I found it excellent at such an inexpensive price.

Good blemish treatment

I really like this cream - I've had spots/blemishes for over 50 years (life-long acne!) and having tried many, many creams, this has been a favourite for a couple of years now. It smells wonderful and rubs in easily with no residue. I've used it both under and on top of moisturisers and it's worked well in both cases. It doesn't stain clothing/bedding, and neither does it sting horribly like some creams. It has a definite cooling effect on the skin, and reduces redness - I can recommend it.

I will say, this is definitely gentle, I didn't feel it really dried out my skin and it reduced any painful spots I applied it on, to no longer causing any pain. But I don't feel it really reduced any of my spots, even after multiple applications over a number of days. It comes out as a more liquid-y gel so be sure to gently squeeze the tube, and preferably with it pointed downward onto a finger or something. Else you might end up like me, seeing a blob projectile fly through the air. This could be a good option for those with sensitive skin or have had issues with other similar products feeling too strong or harsh for them.
