Love branching out to more Korean skincare! It’s the best and has a lot of hype for a reason! This product line included! I love that these come in a pump style bottle as it makes it easy to get the perfect amount and is less messy this way! This oil cleanser glides onto skin really nicely and washes the face well too! Very light scent which I’m okay with! Layers nicely with the other products from this line and left my skin feeling supple and hydrated!!

I really enjoyed using this product. Apparently it’s not for everyone, but it definitely gets the job done when it comes to taking off makeup. This is not a product that should be used alone and should be followed up with some kind of cleanser after use. Some people did review and say the smell is a little potent but it’s what I would expect from some thing that has ginseng in it. And I actually really enjoy using this product. I was expecting better from this oil cleanser, especially for the price and all the good reviews that I read. But unfortunately, this makeup remover disappointed me. Every time I try to remove my makeup, I apply it like 3-4 times so that it can completely remove my makeup. But even when i do that, there's still a lot of make up left. I also noticed that it doesn't do a good job at removing eye makeup as well.Overall, I wouldn't buy this again. I feel like it's so overrated and expensive for nothing.

This oil cleanser from Sulwhasoo has been a super gentle product to my skin. I use it to remove my sunscreen and make-up mostly. I did say "most make-up" in my headline because it removes all hints of foundation, blush, brow pencil, eyeshadow, bronzer/any contouring I have on but only manages to partially remove my Fenty Beauty's Flyliner for example, & mostly remove my Rare Beauty's Perfect Strokes Mascara. Aside, my skin has no complaints and it's a fairly reactive, acne prone type. It's best applied directly to the face to break down the crap on it and then wet your fingertips, massage the product all over till you get this milky lather and then rinse off. BUT, you do get quite a bit of product in this bottle and mine has lasted what feels like an eternity, it is gently formulated and has been non-irritable to my skin and safe to use around the eyes. Has a delicate scent and overall feels nice when first put on in its oil form and also after it's been lathered up and doesn't excessively dry my skin out once rinsed off.
I received the Sulwhasoo cleansing oil complimentary from Influenster. It comes in a cute plastic pump. It washes off pretty easily and doesn't feel like it leaves much of a residue. I love makeup removing balms and oils and I've used a lot of them. This one will do, but if you have a lot of eye makeup like eyeliner and more than a coat of mascara, it's not that great. Yes, it starts to break it down, but not as well as I'd like. I won't be purchasing this product once I run out of it. I do think that this line does have some great products but this cleansing oil is just ok.
I love it! I have very sensitive acne prone skin that gets very oily in the tzone and dry everywhere else. I found that this cleanser actually helped with making my skin look better! It is brighter and just less dull which is something I saw just after a day of using it! It's very effective in removing my make up and does not leave my skin dry after. On top of that, I did not notice my skin getting oilier after starting this cleanser which is really good because when I start new skin products my skin either becomes very dry and/or become excessively oily (I usually get oilier throughout the day but after this cleanser I have not been and I have not started any other skincare besides this!) Holy! This stuff is amazing I'm so impressed. I went into sephora looking for a product to help with my stubborn chest acne. I've tried paulas choice, dermacologica, you name it and nothing has worked. I was skeptical at firsr wspecially aincw it says gentle but this stuff is powerful. For anyone having reavtions i think it's because it's supposwd to he washed ofd your akin. Really work it into your akin and followed with the cleanser has been a game changer. In a mere two days ive swen i credible results.

The scent is subtle and pleasant, at least to me, and the oil is mild, easy and enjoyable to use. My only word of caution would be that it does contain isopropyl palminate, which can cause clogged pores and acne in SOME people. Therefore, if you’ve had a reaction to it in the past, I’d definitely steer clear of this cleansing oil. Likewise, if you find any scent at all distasteful, you may want to skip it. That said, I would absolutely recommend this product to everyone else.
