As an office worker who sits at her desk all day typing, I find I struggle with shoulder and neck pain. I’ve recently been using the Sunbeam Shoulders And Neck Heating Pad to alleviate some of this tension and pain. This product has some great features, I particularly like the softness of the fabric and the fact that it can just be machine washed. The Shoulders And Neck Heating Pad comes with a long cord to allow for ease of movement. It has five heat settings which are all effective and it heats up quickly. It has an adjustable collar which is quite fitted so it can be quite snug around the neck. It’s targeted heat means you get an even spread of heat over your shoulders and upper back area. The quality of this products is obvious in all the features it offers.

The Sunbeam heating pad (HPN5300) is very easy and comfortable to wear and I love using it as I relax in bed before going to sleep. It helps so much to relax not just the neck and shoulders but my back and overall body setting me up for a great sleep. I can also imagine it will be great on the colder days working at home. It heated up very quickly and it’s great that it stays hot and doesn’t need to be reheated like microwavable packs. I also liked the option of having 5 heat settings. It was convenient and easy to pack away after use.

I’ve had a sore neck and shoulders lately, so thought I’d give the Sunbeam neck shoulder heat pad a go. Am so thrilled with my purchase, the adjustable collar hits all my pain points! I’ve found after using it at night time, I sleep so much better and am way more relaxed. I love the versatility with the 5 different heat settings and the fact it heats up within a minute or so. Also has a great safety feature with an auto switch off. Love using this while watching tv, it’s no hassle at all. The fabric is lovely and soft, feels like a warm hug!

Its such a pain trying to get heat packs to sit where you need them, on your neck and the top of your shoulders. So I was excited to learn that this product exists. But there isnt much flexibility in arranging it to suit your body size. This is because theres only a small bit of velcro. For me this meant I couldnt get it tight enough so it was close to my body. If youre large, it might mean it doesnt do up at all. Its gets pretty warm but having to have it plugged in while you use it isnt particularly convenient. In short, great idea but executions not very good.

So much more comfortable than using a wheat bag and the fact that the heat stays constant is such a bonus. The cord is long enough to comfortably sit on the sofa near a powerpoint and after a while i forgot that the cord was even there.The velcro and weighted bottom keep the heat pad in place perfectly, so the heat stays where I need it.Definitely a lifesaver at the end of a long day at work.
As a migraine sufferer I find looking after my neck key, this has been a marvellous purchase. I don’t need it turned on for long, it retains and reflects heat. I can disconnect the cord or stick it all in a pocket if I have one. I basically live in it at home. Teamed with an oodie it means much less use of my heater too. It has helped hugely with migraine frequency.
Great heating functions & I really appreciate the way it fit. Have used microwave bags in the past but they lose there heat & have to be constantly propped up. This heat pad fits well, it super relaxing & doesn't need me to keep it in place. Has been a blessing for my sort neck & shoulders after a long work day. Being able to throw in the washing machine is a bonus too.
First impression when I used the shoulder and neck heating pad was WOW! Just WOW!The targeted heat delivered consistent heat specifically to my neck, shoulders and back of heat.The fast heat up taking less than 2min is a game changer with my busy lifestyle walking in the door at end of the day feeling sore, tight and tied or just wanting to feel relaxed the 5 controller allows to adjust temp.The adjustable collar and comfortable fabric are all great features, my favourite of all is by simply detaching the controller the heating pad is washable.
Way better than expected, husband has terrible neck and shoulder pain and this actually works all over unlike trying to use hotties and wheatbags! I even use it when I have a saw neck and headache and it does wonders! The only thing I will say is if your a bigger person around the neck it may not fit, definitely try on in store first. Otherwise a fantastic product!
