Sunbeam TRF4200 Feel Perfect Sherpa Fleece Heated Throw Blanket

Love my new heated throw, it’s my best new thing. I’ve got an old kauri villa which is miserably cold in winter. The throw is much more comfortable than having an electric blanket under me and provides heat over a much bigger area. Haven’t had to wash it yet as I put it between a top sheet and the duvet. The controller has a nice long cord so no need for an extension. It’s great being able to set the timer and go to sleep. Absolutely best price and great service from Heathcotes.

Comfy, User friendly and Good Design

Soft & comfy materials, Control is simple but functional. Have been looking for a reliable electric blanket. Really love the clear and easy to use control, allowing me to fine control the time and heat level. The blanket is very light, didn’t feel the heating elements and easy to wrap it around myself. Lucky to have such great blanket in this winter at such affordable price.

Fabric not up to scratch.

The blanket functions beautifully. The 6 different heat settings and timer function means I am always toasty roasty! But...the fabric is awful. Unfortunately, the faux fur looks ratty and almost matted 2 weeks after purchase and it sheds worse than a golden retriever. I am forever picking bits if fur off the couch, floor and myself. Such a shame for a blanket on ther higher end of cost for similar products.

Good product, easy to use

I bought this product from appliances online and firstly the service from appliances online is fantastic and delivery was so easy and I was texted 20 min before it arrived.The product is good and my wife loved it for mothers day and will keep her warm at night while reading on the chair.The only thing I wish is that the Blanket materiel was a little thinker and better finished. Their is also a giant white danger tag with all the don'ts that can't be removed that is quite large and really could be a lot smaller so to not make the blanket look horrible with it.Apart from that I would buy this again and would recommend.

Great for warming up on the sofa after work

Very comfortable and warm during the cooler months. I use it when I come in late from work to save having to turn the heating on and I've actually used it on the bed as an over blanket a few times too. The only annoyances I can find with it are the enormous washing label, (seriously I could sail a model boat with it) !... And I wish they could reduce the size of the electrical connection. But these are pretty unfair whinges because I can cut the label off and the electrical connections are pretty much standard for all heated blankets and throws.

I bought this heated throw rug for my beautiful 13 year old cat to make sure he is warm and comfortable through the winter. I carefully hand washed it before giving it to him to remove any manufacturing residue - and he loves it - snuggles up on it every night. The 9 hour timer means that it stays warm for him all night - and it is much cheaper than running other heating. He loves it and I love that it keeps him happy and cosy. Money well spent.

Keeping us warm this winter and energy saving

This heated throw is excellent and feels so snug and soft. It is perfect for winter nights and energy saving too as I no longer use my electric heater to warm up my room ! It is machine washable and easy to clean. Great quality product with self timer off for your peace of mind and safety. It is so good I bought two. Everyone in my family wants one.

My Wifes New Best Friend

Bought this for my wife as she really feels the cold. She loves how it warms up so quickly and retains the heat. Setting number 1 is ideal for sitting in front of the TV on those cold winter nights and long power cord length is also welcome. Her only small gripe is that the large safety label at the top corner is annoying at times and she feels it could have been fully sewn in the rear of the rug to improve the quality. Otherwise an excellent product.

I recently purchased the sunbeam fleece heated throw blanket,because its been so cold this winter,& the blanket I use to watch tv,is just not warm enough,& I’ve been freezing!I had researched reviews before I bought this heated throw,& people were raving about it.I had heard that many heated throws you can feel the wires through the material,making them uncomfortable,but the sunbeam brand was an exception to this.It’s lovely and soft,and light,and you can’t feel the wires through it at all.Comes with warmth settings from 1-6. Where were you all my life??? Great for WFH

Lots of heat settings and timer is super handy. It's a very comfy blanket and the cord is long so works with my desk setup. This was a real money saver last winter when I was working from home - I can keep warm at my desk without having to unnecessarily heat my entire home the whole day. My only issue is that the blanket is a large size and I haven't worked out how to prevent it from rolling under my desk chair wheels when I move about. But I don't think that's an issue with the product, I just need to get a bit creative with it.
