I love my new glasses, but the thing is that I thought the lenses would have been slightly darker for the transitions, I guess i should have gotten the Xtra ones. Other than that shipping time wasnt so bad! Would purchase more glasses in the near future!

The glasses look pretty cool, however, they are a bit heavy on my face. I think they will be a bit irritating wearing them all day due to the weight. This company has loooong processing time. It took over 16 days to ship out. Not okay.

I called up late morning California time and Rosalind was extremely pleasant taking my order over the phone. She checked to make sure the glasses were in stock and even got them shipped out via FedEx that afternoon in NY. Two days later I had my glasses. First time using this site but it was a decent experience. My issue was the long wait time to process my online order. It took about 8 business days just to process my order. If you fix your processing time I would of had a better customer experience. Saved money by $75 dollars compared to the sunglasses stores in Northern Virginia. Good customer service when I sent an email about when my order would process. I would honestly still come back but I would just know it’s going to take like 16 business days for processing and shipping to receive my merchandise.
I love these sunglasses. I tried them on while on vacation in Key West and regretted that I didn't buy them. Recently while on a beach vacation I looked in the beach shops and couldn't find them so I settled for a similar pair-same style just green frames. I love the way the glasses fit and the white frames really set off the blue lens. The Club-master frame is my favorite for my face shape/size.
These are my new favorite frames. They arrived exactly as I expected, with an authentic case and brochures. I haven't had a bad experience with Designer Optics yet, they have come thru every time with great prices!
