When it's super windy, raining and even snowing; you'll be glad you used these. I have even custom made spacer nuts with chain link welded to them so I can attach ropes with carabiners. They cannot be blown off no matter the wind force.

Higher quality than most available, no chance of rusting, less chance of bending or breaking than cheap silver stainless steel versions. Secure cloth materials to your poles better than relying on rope tension, which is at risk in really high winds. If a pole does move, or a section collapses, it will remain intact for correcting.
