I bought this for travelling when its not convenient to have the powder form. I am grateful to have another option but I’m not finding it as effective as the loose powder which works wonders for me. I will still take it with me on my next trip because I still felt better than when I have taken nothing at all.

I have had weight loss surgery years ago and always have gut, toilet issues. I was taking the powder and it worked great but the taste and texture was difficult to get down. As soon as i saw these capsules I thought I'd give it a go. Woo hoo I'm in love. Easy to swallow even although quite big. 2 in the morning and 2 at night and I've never felt better. I purchased 3 bottles so I wont run out. These capsules truly are a game changer. Thank you so so much

These pills are very hard to swallow, gag every time I took one. Will be breaking the rest open and using the powder inside, somehow. No wonder they recommend so much water to drink, you need a bucketful just to get them down your gullet. Did not notice any change in my gut's performance, either. I developed gastritis at the same time as I was taking them so not sure if that is connected. In my view it shouldnt have happened whilst taking these gut enhancing pills.

I can see why they recommend you drink 2 litres of water a day, you need that and more to get the things down your gullet! Gag nearly every time I take them. But I dont like to waste them so down they go. I bought the powder as well, havent started on that yet, still wading through the horse pills! Not a repeat buy for me.
I’ve used this product intermittently for the past few years and I’ve found it beneficial for my digestive system. It’s much easier to take than the powdered version.I would recommend it to anyone who needs/wants to improve their digestive health
I have been using the original powder for 6 weeks or so now and love the benefits. I was worried however about traveling with the powder (without looking like a drug dealer) and if they may confiscate it internationally. So the tablets could not have come at a better time as i head away in a few weeks and the package is a good size (not much bigger than my hand) for packing. Love this idea.

Love! I didnt really use the loose powder as it was messy and I kept forgetting to take it. Putting this in capsules is a game changer! Found this has really helped my overall digestion. Feel less bloated and have found a big improvement in my skin. Will keep using and definetely repurchase.
