When I initially tried this, I experienced a cleansing of my digestive track. After finishing the product, I tried a gut right detox and noticed it didn’t seem to do much. I think this DE already did the work for me! I much prefer this product and I have noticed that it works for me - especially after going off it for a while. I am back on it and am happy to maintain a healthy gut with it. It’s a bit yucky to drink mixed with just water but I don’t taste anything if I use any other liquid. I am very happy with it.

This powder is white, when mixed with water only it tasted like chalk but with a green juice or any other beverage I could not taste it at all. First thing I noticed was how I was doing number 2's regularly! Not in a 'get out on my way she's gonna expload!' as with most detox regimes. I don’t suffer from any chronic digestive problems, but occasional stress related stomach upsets have been bothering me and I feel this has helped. I also feel less bloated. It dissolves easily in just about anything and, ignoring the chalky mouth feel, it’s no big deal to take. I was, however, very disappointed with the packaging. While on the outside it has the wholesome look of a paper bag, on the inside it’s lined with plastic and therefore can’t be recycled. For someone like Lee Holmes who bangs on about clean eating and healthy living it’s just not good enough to then actively contribute to pollution and landfill. To put the product in a plastic tub that can actually be recycled would be a far better choice, and it would be more honest.

I have experienced daily, painful bloating for almost one year now, and have felt like my lower abdomen has been distended, even first thing in the morning. This powder has made a remarkable difference within days. Painful bloating is almost non existent (still comes back occasionally but is minor) and my stomach is flatter and softer. I've used other brands of DE in the past and none are as fine and pleasant to drink as this brand. I started out in 2 TBS per day but seem to still be getting good results on 1 TBS per day now.
This powder is amazing. I love the way it helps my digestive system stay regular and clean. It's also great to take with a big glass of water after having one too many alcoholic drinks. Seems to absorb the alcohol and helps avoid hangover nausea.
I have been using this product for over 2 years now, I just pop it in my morning smoothie. I have felt many improvements in my body including significantly reduced bloating, weight loss, regular toilet habits, suppressed appetite- just to name a few! The days I do skip taking it, I dramatically feel a decrease in energy, I crave sugars and feel brain foggy! Im quick to recommend it to anyone that touches on the subject of gut health! But personally it has so many other health benefits. For anyone taking it for the first time I do suggest to stick it out for a few weeks to notice a difference and it did produce stomach cramps for the first few days for me and a major clean out!

I used it for a bit but really didn't notice anything in line with the claims. I have used clays before so I'm aware of the need to hydrate them well and to also maintain high levels of hydration yourself. The texture didn't bother me either but I agree if you're not used to anything like this it will be different to consume. This is a similar kind of thing in my view so maybe also the results take longer to manifest. I also didn't start with the large doses as the packaging suggests and think it's probably better to ease in to something like this. That said I didn't feel comfortable taking the big doses in the end and didn't see results in line with other reviews either. I will give it another go at some point and see if the results are different.
I am a big fan of this wonder powder since taking it my hair skin and nails have started to grow again and I don’t suffer from bloating anymore and am regular in the morning. I also notice I’m not as hungry anymore and have regulated my eating patterns. I put it in my morning shake it mixes in well you can mix it into most things as it doesn’t have a strong flavour . I will continue to buy this wonder powder as it really has helped my overall well being.
Put away the artificial powders to make you poo!This one loves your gut and cleans it and collects all the debris and you don’t have to wait hours for it to work. Mine only takes 20 mins painlessly or could take up to an hour.Don’t try anything else. clean taste. You’ll feel better on this powder.
